local pequeno mas completo e muito simpatico!!!!!!!
Gross rooms
Dog food and hair from previous dog. Hair on the toilet, toilets didn’t flush, and water rings from drinks on the night stand. The room hasn’t been vacuumed. The hair along the wood trim was probably from the last 6 months. This room was gross.
Keep looking.......awful place
I chose this hotel based on reviews and photos. I needed a clean quiet pet friendly (I had my 9 lb multipoint with me) for one night. The good Lobby Front desk attendant Towels Pillows The bad Strong pot smell in hallway Had to wait 10 minutes for attendant to appear at front desk (this was 8:30 pm) as she had to assist another guest with a room issue. Not her fault,it’s a staffing issue. Rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. Gaps around doors, paper thin walls, very dated and just general ick factor. The ugly Literally the shower rod was bent to the point that the shower curtain hung in the center and wouldn’t reach to edges. Water leaked out onto floor badly. See photo If you have a poolside room and go out the room door to the pool (room entrance is interior hallway), you can’t get back in with your room key as “those doors stopped working, we don’t know why”. I literally was locked out of room as I had security lock engaged on main door to room. Attendant was able to get me back in room, but it was disturbing how he used a simple tool to do so. Did not make me feel safe in that hotel. Dog area was not well lit, poo bag station was empty of bags but full of poo. I had brought my own bags to clean up after my dog, but yuck. Worst was lack of cleanliness in room. See pics ( and that was just a sample). Never again.
At a crossroad property
This hotel seems to be trying to make some changes. Positive points is the lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. Negative points were certain areas of of the room are starting to show lots of wear and tear (rotten wood under the fridge and stains on the ceiling). The issues that concerned me the most was not having anyone at the front desk when we checked in around 7:00 pm to the point I started walking around saying “hello?” and no one still came out. I’m sure it was less than 10 minutes but not felt like forever after being on the road for eight hours. Lastly, the elevator was really dirty. There were smears all over the walls of content that I don’t have a clue about so that made me question their COVID cleanliness. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible stay, but it did feel like a hotel going through a transition but I could tell if the transition was for the better or the worst.
VERY DIRTY
This is one LA Quinta to stay away from. We like to stay at La Quinta because we have a dog. They are usually very clean and nice. Room, bathroom, hallway are extremely dirty, Hotel is dated but you can still clean it. Front desk at check in was very nice.
