Plus one star for shuttle to Ren Fest
Avaliou em 1 de Dezembro de 2019
Very very nice management. Very convenient to stay and visit Renaissance Fest; room includes free shuttle to and from the Festival. The free breakfast is a little lacking, but there is a McDonald's in the parking lot if you need it. We will stay here again.

I was a bit hesitant to pick this hotel as its not a chain but it was very convenient with a free shuttle to the Texas Renn Fair. First- the rooms are very nice, updated and very clean, second the owners were excellent hosts, accommodating our requests for extras. Formost to us is cleanliness and quality of accommodation- its not a Hilton but on par with nice Holiday or Comfort Inns. Excellent amenities, welcoming staff, and just a nice clean room. Rooms are fairly spacious with separate sitting area, King size bed, flat screen TV, refrigerator/freezer, hair dryer, and nice granite counter. A bit pricy during fair, the free shuttle service is worth the price. We will defiantly come back here.
Receptive respite after a Monday wedding

We fount this spot on-line for a Receptive respite after a Monday wedding.
The staff E-mailed us several times to make sure we were properly accommodated.
Turns out, the motel was very lightly visited this night. We asked, and were the only ones fed a complimentary breakfast. It made for a quiet and intimate stare for our day and the trip home.

A tornado went through our yard yesterday, and that took out the powerlines, which caused there to be no electricity for over night (almost 24 hours). I have an oxygen machine, so that I can breath. Well without electricity I Was unable to use my machine. The portable tanks I have last only about 4 hours. On top of that you are not supposed to use them while sleeping. So, my brother had to find me a room That was handicap accessible. So I stayed the night at Magnolia Inn. The outside of the building isn't fancy, but inside my room I felt safe and comfortable. Usually when you stay in a hotel, the sheets are all white. They heat a black and white pattern that I really loved. It looked like your climbing in your comfy bed at home, and so soft as well. They extended check out for me, so that it would give center point a little more time to get our lights back on. They even said I'd needed they would let me keep the room another night, and make other arrangements for the reservation theyhad coming in. I would do recommend and I would stay again there if I need to. It was awesome stay. I also, noticed they had a emergency light in the room so that if the guest was deaf, and could not hear a fire alarm, they could still be alerted. Many people might think no big deal, but my son may not be completely deaf, but he's hearing impaired, and not too many placesoffer such a alarm.
