Outstanding hotel!

We are just home from spending a delightful week at Casa Ládico. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location in Mahón. But the staff are what make this hotel outstanding. We have stayed in many hotels and this one stands out for the highest level of customer service we have ever experienced. Luisa and Daniel were both so friendly and professional and helped us book local restaurants. Bella is a ray of sunshine at breakfast and couldn't do enough for us. Giselle is another lovely staff member we had the pleasure of meeting and I know there are more we didn't get to meet. The little details make a stay here so much nicer : the coffee machine that's always available to guests, the beautiful toiletries in the bathroom, a plentiful supply of bottled water and free soft drinks in the mini bar. Well done to all of the staff on creating such a gem of a hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Casa Ladico. The hospitality of the team was unmatched. All of the design details and views throughout the building make it a very memorable place to stay. Will return on our next visit to Mahon!

The Only Hotel To Stay At In Menorca

In all of my life I have never had a more pleasant hotel and hospitality than my stay with casa ladico. The suite we had was beautiful with a private outdoor terrace, the breakfast was phenominal and the staff were very accommodating to any requests. We especially appreciated the hospitality and understanding the staff (especially Daniel) showed us when our plans were changed at the last minute. When I come back to Menorca there is only one place I will ever consider staying, and you should too - and that is Casa Ladico

Perfect Place to Stay in Mao

Great location near old part of the city and an easy walk to the port. Hotel has a nice library/sitting area and delicious breakfast. Staff were fantastic, recommending restaurants and sights to see. They even let us change rooms when our neighbors were a little noisy. Loved this part of Menorca and would recommend this hotel highly.

4th stay here, always great , clean super comfy and friendly ....brilliant breakfast fresh everything no buffet....and walking distance to all bars and restaurants in Mahón ( literally 30 seconds to main shops , Market and lift down to harbour for those who don't fancy the descent!! Great value compared to some of the others in Mahón !
