The hotel is very well located in the city of Mahon. It is right next to the center and the port. The room is spacious, well decorated and the bed is extra comfortable. The housekeeper is very polit and friendly, she arranges your room each day perfectly. The only minus part is the area if you are coming by car. It is not easy to park when you come late from dinner. You can spend 20 min to find a spot and walk to your hotel.

Beautiful room in the heart of town

Our room was very spacious (more like a suite) and the bathroom was large as well (including the walk-in shower). The breakfast buffet was nice and we loved getting fresh squeezed orange juice. We also selected the hotel for its location and it did not disappoint as we were walking distance to everything. A very enjoyable visit, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Minimalist B & B

First of all it should be noted that this is not a hotel. It is a B & B without a full time reception or check-in and with no facilities other than the room for breakfast. The room was very spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Good quiet A/C. The bathroom was sort of integrated into the bedroom with a separate shower cubicle, loo cubicle and the basins in the room. It was all a bit white and sparse. A few pictures and some colour might have made it more attractive. The breakfast was adequate but we wanted more fruit and some yoghurt. Belen was incredibly helpful but this was only possible because my husband speaks Spanish otherwise we might not have been able to explain our needs. We stayed at another B & B after this one which was much better and was £35 cheaper per night. I do think that Can Roca Nou is a little overpriced.

Very friendly and beautiful

We stayed 2 nights here and had a very good time. It is very central and close to the centre of Mahon it was very peaceful at night. The hotel is beautiful, very modern with impeccable finish and taste. the staff was very friendly despite our atrocious Spanish. :) Clean and has air conditioned rooms (this was a must for us), the only downside is the stairs if you have a lot of luggage and if you live on the top floor( no lift), but this was not a massive issue. An overall brilliant stay in beautiful Mahon so a big thank you from my husband and I.

terribly overpriced for what you get

would not stay here again. the rooms are lovely, but it's more style over substance. when we arrived for checkin, nobody professional to register us, a hapless teenager took details, nice lad, but not a clue how to be hospitable! We needed to figure out reentry to the hostel via another guest that we bumped into! continental breakfast left no real feeling of quality, and the eating area is very claustrophobic . I would refer to this accommodation as very overpriced hostel rather than hotel.
