Excelente hotel
O hotel está localizado em uma região tranquila mas próximo da praia e de bares e restaurantes. Ficamos em uma parte do hotel que foi reformada recentemente. Tudo muito limpo e confortável, atendimento excelente e café da manhã muito farto. A piscina é excelente. O estacionamento é cobrado mas dá pra parar tranquilamente na rua bem em frente do hotel. Excelente hotel para descansar e a localização é uma boa base para conhecer outros pontos na ilha.
Disappointing service
The hotel feels upmarket in a 1980s city centre corporate conference hotel way - lots of brass and marble and tub chairs. Refurbished suites (in a separate block from standard rooms) are spacious and well appointed, but with a very poor view over nearby Lidl. Check in and bell boy were great but very poor service at dinner. Even though the hotel was quiet we were offered a poor inside table in the restaurant - when we requested an outside table there was a “waiting list”. When we insisted an outside table was found, but not socially distanced from another table. The staff returned a few minutes later and moved us to another better table. Why this could not have been done in the first place? We ordered a bottle of wine and this was delivered to the table without an ice bucket and the server walked off without opening the bottle. I have never experienced a bottle of wine being served but not opened! We spent 5 minutes trying to attract the server’s attention to open it. Dinner buffet was very average with little choice of vegetables to accompany the main course. There were shared utensils used by everyone which is not COVID safe - nobody checked that hands were sanitised first. Overall, rather disappointing.
Spacious and relaxed corona proof holiday
Great effort for hygiene and corona proof measures. Not too crowded anywhere. Lots of space between the chairs around the pool. Great food quality at the buffet, more variety or themes in the food would have been better. Service good but not 5 star level. Entertaining and good shows in the evening. Pool bar not cosy. Nice rooms, clean and partially updated. Common areas a bit outdated but clean and well maintained. But I would say a 4 star experience instead of true 5 star hotel/service, which I frequent a lot all over the world.
Rude staff. They must have bought their 4th and 5th stars
I've never been in a hotel above 3 stars with management as rude as in this hotel. They must be paying for their good reviews. Otherwise I can't explain their average. The spa was the only haven. No management inside!
It whas truly amazing
We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The hotel staff is really kind and friendly. The rooms where very clean and spacious. The cleaning lady made our bed every day and we got new toiletries and fresh towels every day. We booked our stay with the breakfast buffet. wich whas very good and varied. We also had diner ar the hotel a couple of nights. Wich whas also very good and fresh. Thank you for making our holiday to Mallorca perfect.
