Ilha perfeita, hotel a evitar
No geral, hotel horrível.
Don't believe the bad reviews
After reading the negative comments about this hotel, I nearly cancelled my booking. Well I'm glad to say that I'm glad I didn't. What people seem to forget is that it is a 2star hotel. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We were shown to a room on the 1st floor. It was clean and spacious and the towels/sheets were spotless. The food, although wasn't a huge choice, but you wasn't going to starve. All inclusive lasts up until 10pm. The pool was OK, and most of the time a lovely quiet spot to chill out. The hotel is in a great location. Near to the beach. The staff are friendly. It was my first time in majorca and would definitely go back. A big thank you to Mohammed, who works there. I left my Kindle in my room, and he kindly returned it to me. All in all, the price you pay, you can't go wrong. We had a lovely holiday.
..
Overall cleanliness was poor everywhere. Liveable, but not ideal. Rooms look like they haven’t been done up since the 50’s, shower was broke. Food was ok if you could find a clean plate to put it on. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but still below average
Lovely holiday
Presently surprised after reading some reviews. Rooms clean & spacious. Had TV & big fan in the room that we didn't have to hire remotes for.hair dryer also provided, not a lot of choice with food but was nice what was offered (might be different in peak season) lovely pool area plenty of beds & tables & chairs. Literally hundreds of artificial flowers everywhere but looked nice & cheerful.staff friendly & owner of hotel always there nice elderly gentleman who often got on the mic to give us a song. Good location 5 min walk to shops & beach. 15 min walk into Sa coma. Bus stop across the rd to Cala Millor,Porto Cristo.
Disgusting
I feel I owe it to humanity to implore you not to book this hotel under any circumstances! It is totally run down, dirty and not as it appears in the pictures. It is the hotel that time forgot! It would cost millions to revamp the place and it is simply mouldering away. There are faded, dusty fabric flowers in pots all over, on the entrance patio and pool area, dining room and other public areas. This creates a tacky appearence and it would look far better if tbey were all removed. The decor throughout is severely dated and there are many bizarre pictures of previous visitors and the hotel management's family (circa 1970) displayed everywhere. The man on reception did nothing to welcome us and was surly and detached. The room did not have air conditioning and a floor standing electric fan could be hired for €11. The fan blades were thick with dust and in a horrible state. I did not actually want to stay here at all once I realised it's run down state. I was even further appalled in the morning at the dining room where tables with dirty cloths and place mats had been set up and crockery was chipped. The hot food servery had dirty and damaged units behind it with the fabric flowers, cardboard boxes and piled up rubbish that had clearly not been moved in weeks or maybe months. The backs of the chairs were dusty, there were hairs and old food debris visible. The upholstery was faded and stained. The drinks machine was filthy as was the floor area around and underneath it. The whole experience was dismal and I couldn't check out fast enough. Don't waste a night of your precious holiday in this nightmare of a place
