Best comfortable and truly relaxing stay, ideal vacation after hard work !
Marvelous location in a calm bay without any rush. Best comfortable rooms, always made perfectly clean. The staff was friendly and speaking German and English. Food was just delicious, lot of choice of Spanish, Italian, German kitchen, each evening different menu, for us best healthy fish, fresh and cooked vegetables, fruit and desserts arranged beautifully for the eye. I would like to come back.

Castell Royal is a great hotel! The team of Receptionists are super-helpful and friendly (thankyou Marta and Inne for all your support), the Dining Room staff are v polite and want to give you the best experience possible(thankyou Louie!) and the Director, Angel is aptly named- he is calm, helpful and completely dedicated to ensuring your holiday is a happy one. Thankyou too for the waiting/bar staff (especially Karina) who was patient and attentive! The evening entertainment was very good too; a real mix of musical styles and performers!
Don’t go there unless you want things stolen from you!
The worst hotel ever! I’ve never had anything stolen from me during my vacation before. In this hotel when I left for the beach, my iPhone charger was still in my room. When I came back, it was not, and the cleaning took place in between. The manager and the reception took no responsibility. They actually accused me of lying to get another one! This is just preposterous. Why would I bother to report a stolen 40 euro charger having enough money to pay for my vacation? This doesn’t apply to the cleaning lady who might not earn enough money. Anyway, the nerve of these people... I have heard no apology. I am a judge and so I’m very focused on abiding by the law. This was not the case. I would like to add that there is great discrimination towards people from Poland. They get the worst rooms just because of their nationality. It’s no coincidence that it mostly happened to us. After some discussions we changed the room but it was quite stressful. The beach is magnificent. So is the view from the room if you are not Polish. The food is delicious. The rooms recently renewed and comfortable. The staff barely speaks foreign languages. Great inconvenience for anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish. To sum up - if you’re not Polish and have some luck not to get stolen from - it’s quite nice, I can’t complain. However due to the circumstances mentioned above I can’t really second that.
our second holiday in this hotel. beautifully renovated hotel, nice and helpful staff, delicious food, clean, beautiful beach. no noisy music, peace and quiet. I love it there, motem just recommend, we are really satisfied
Amazing and clean
Everything is held on the highest level - the staff, the service, the cleanliness and the sea view! I've even got a refund for the missed check-in day even thought that was my fault (missed the plane). The hotel left only positive memories and the willingness to return.
