Really Comfortable Hotel in the City Center

This hotel has a strategic location, which is in tge middle of the city. It is near shopping centers and restaurants. The room in this hotel is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a modern interior design. This hotel is a perfect place for family vacation, meetings or conventions because of equipped facilities that it has. The menu is vary whether it is western cuisine and especially the local Malang food. Moreover, the guests are satisfied because of the friendliness of the staffs that make the characteristics of Indonesian citizens. Specifically, I would like to appreciate to two particular people in this hotel which are Mr. Saiful and Mr. Harris that have served me with great professionalism and kindness, they can become an example for the other staffs. Overall, this hotel is a perfect place for any occations when visiting Malang. Thank you very much.

The first thing I saw was a huge Lobby they have. It looks cozy The restaurant are delicious. Breakfast buffet, with its vast choice. Health protocols also excellent, nothing to worry about 👌🏻 Everything was in hygiene condition and untouched by other people. It was a great breakfast The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. size is obviously more than enough for two people. Location was perfect, in the middle of the busy streets but you can hardly hear the noise since the hotel is nestled amongst nice greenery. The staff are nice and courteous, very helpful Definitely will come back again soon

My first duty during pandemic

This hotel became the first place i stay while duty during the pandemic. Only one night that facilitated by the host. Right on the main street. Easy to find. But used toothpaste to push the elevator button. Wearing mask...put the separator on each table in the restaurant. All serve with health protocol. But choose your room because we can hear the train sound

It's a good hotel with spacious room and strategic location in the middle of town. The staff is very nice and helpfull, they provide many tourism information and help me to book travel to bromo. Definitely choose this hotel when i come to malang again.

The hotel looks so grand on the outside, with nice entrance to the lobby. We only stayed for 1 night there but it was quite memorable. My friends from out of town loves the ambience. We really had a good rest there as the room was large and comfy. The food was great, you can find various dishes from traditional to western. The staff were also nice and friendly. Revisit? Yes of course 😉
