Quanto a espirituosas, apenas ouzo e raki.
A long review, but hopefully specifically helps you.

I am writing this review because when I was debating on booking this holiday I spent so much of my time on the reviews so I want to help out the next person in the same boat. I went here on October 14th with my partner, we are both students so the holiday was already great because of its affordablity! I think the hotel alone was around £370 (all inclusive and sea view room and 9 nights!) but with the add ons like flights and transfers etc.. it came to about £450 each. And after staying here that was such an amazing deal.
Onto the good part,
Food was great. I saw a lot of reviews saying it wasn’t nice and was repetitive and honestly some off the specific food was a repetitive but it was classics like pasta, fries, veg, and the the rest tended to be different every night! We had kebabs, kebabs in wraps, sea food, different types of greek specials, all different types of pasta with sauces which were all delicious. A great variety of different salads which were very nice and tasty, and a bunch of different desserts which I think would suit everyone! So overall, yes some parts were repetitive but there was always at least one or two things new. And I have to say I could never fault the actual food. If I didn't like it, it would be because the taste wasn’t for me, not anything to do with the cooking. Everything was made so nicely.
I guess a downside would be the drinks. There is only raki and ouzo cocktails available for the all inclusive menu and only local beer. But I didn’t think the beer was too bad. The ouzo reminded me on the taste of black liquorice which wasn’t great since I hate that lol. And the raki is just like weird vodka. Sangria is part of the all inclusive drinks which is what I stuck to and was fairly nice. The all inclusive drinks do end at 11pm which isn’t great but oh well. So make sure you get as much as you can in or the rest you will have to pay for if you want to keep drinking.
The soft drinks are mainly non branded, they do carbonated orange, lime, lemon and cola. They also do orange squash apple squash and Pepsi on some of the machines. All good enough for me.
We brought some cocktails from the bar by reception one night, I had a strawberry daiquiri because it was my fave and my boyfriend had a margarita. Made to perfection! Mine was €7 and his was €6.50.
They do hot drink machines too and they are every where. Got a hot chocolate by the pool to soothe my throat once as was just feeling a little under the weather and it was very nice. Coffees and a bunch of different type of teas and on the machine for you to grab at any point during the day.
snack bar has set times and sells little square pizza slices throughout the day along with ice creams and sandwich rolls that consist of ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Every night they have some new entertainment on, like they had an illusion night in the theatre, a disco night, a movie quiz night, a live music night and all things like that which is great if you have little ones!
POOLS & ROOMS:
We originally had the main building sea view room which wasn’t exactly like the picture looked but no issue. Beds were comfy, air con good and had a remote to have it Whatever temp you want. Bathroom was nice expect the shower was a bath-shower and not the best to use. Sprayed a little over the back and onto the toilet and floor so had the be careful but other than that it was okay. Got a good sleep.
My boyfriend then surprised for our last few days with upgrading to one of the jacuzzi rooms! Which by the way, was super easy to upgrade to and not a ridiculous price! We are on our last day today we leave tomorrow and I am currently sat in the jacuzzi whilst writing this. This room is very very beautiful. Bathroom is so lovely and updated. Walk in shower too. Huge wardrobe space and mini fridge (forgot to mention you also get one in the normal rooms) the room is huge, beds are comfy and so much space on desks and so on. Also have another sofa bed in here. Walking out onto the balcony we have two sunbeds, a table and chairs a clothes dryer, the HUGE jacuzzi which could also be a little pool, and a breath taking view. Same as our sea view room but a lot better as the room is lower down and the balcony barrier is glass so can look out onto the beautiful blue ocean whilst in the jacuzzi. Not sure if it would be different with other rooms but for our one we could fill it up ourselves with the tap. Does take a while but stays hot. Can make the water cools warm or hot. Also has jets. We sunbathed on the balcony for quite a few hours yesterday directly in the sun has our balcony is one of the bigger ones and it was lovely. Eventually the sun goes out of our radar but still hits the pool and sunbeds round there. We didn’t get as many hours of sun as you normally would but that’s because we are here in October.
There are three pools. Big pool with two slides. Baby pool. And the third pool towards the end which was kind of like an Adult pool. Sunbeds surrounding all of them so it was never hard to get a bed! They host activities in the main pool with the slides almost everyday. Things like volleyball. The slides are great for the kids. The kids never seemed the be phased by the temperature but adults beware, there is no kind of hating in that pool so it is fookin freezing! 🤣 We went in it almost every day and the shock of first getting in it was always painful but eventually you get used to it and it becomes very nice.
They have pool tables and table tennis also surrounding the pools. The view from the pool and sunbeds is also the gorgeous ocean which is a lovely addition.
LOCATION (BEACH AND TOWN)
There is a steep walk down to the beach that gives you the view of the ocean. Takes about 7 mins. And is pretty steep so if you have any problems or Injury’s i do not recommend taking this walk just to be safe. If you cannot do the walk there is a free shuttle transfer down to the beach and back at set times during the day. If you are doing this it is a good idea to keep an eye on the time so you don’t miss your return one as the walk back is even worse haha! At the beach they have two little restaurants, one of them does beach service so you can have your food brought to you on the beach on your bed. The sunbeds are 7 euros. We got 2 for 7€ for as long as we wanted. And there are also nice little shops around the beach as well. A place that does boat trips and hires and scuba diving, and so on. The water is lovely. It’s warm and so clear. The beach close to the hotel has a rock floor and isn’t particularly safe to walk on without looking at (like when you are snorkelling) so I recommend either bringing some water shoes or buying them down there like we did.
There is about a 20 min walk to the town/village agia pelagia. Which is beautiful! I think they do bus services there and back which is €3.50 per way. The beach down there is sooo lovely. Sandy and lovely water again! A shower to wash the sand of when leaving also and in the the sun for majority of the day! It has restaurants and bars all across the sea wall of it and they do cocktails and at great prices. We found a bar that does cocktails for €5 instead of €7/7.50 There is also many different types of shops to buy all sorts in! And lots of little friendly cats around. Was tempted to take a few home with me.
I think that is about everything I can cover. If you read through this I do apologise for the length but I know it is a struggle when booking a holiday because of all the contradicting reviews so I wanted to truthfully tell you about our whole experience and every detail to hopefully give you that extra push on your decision for whether this holiday is for you or not. HOPE I HAVE HELPED!

Stayed here for a week we were put in the garden view annexe lovely for us but on top of a very steep hill nice clean room and pool too . Food was ok the restaurant very clean and staff super friendly and polite. The all inclusive package is quite different to what we are used no spirits included unless it’s Raki we can’t drink it So I stuck with wine the beer wasn’t the best either but apart from that lovely hotel . We were quite a distance from Heraklion you can get a bus for €3.50 each way but you are on for about a hour we got a taxi which took 20 mins at the cost of €40 each way . Heraklion is beautiful lovely shops and restaurants definitely worth a visit . Also worth a visit Agia Pelagia €9 in taxi each way the beach is gorgeous with fantastic restaurants and shops well worth a visit . The little beach at the bottom of the hill is well worth a visit too try Stelios Family Taverna for food you will not be disappointed.
