Worst Hotel Reception Experience Ever
The worst hotel receptionist I ever experienced in my whole life. Start with a very rude Indian male receptionist with an oversized coat and a not polite and seems like provocative attitude of a Moroccan lady receptionist who’ll going to initiate a fight or argument. They are not approachable nor helpful and I even feels like we were harassed infront of the two. When we were trying to talk to explain, the Indian guy were shutting us off, instead of listening to our side first as guests. The room is not clean. Floor seems not brush, bath tub is not clean, there was even hair in the toilet’s floor. The corners of the room were dusty. Reception staff were seems unprofessionals so even the room rate was cheap still its not worth the rate due the very poor quality of service. Our Vacation ain’t perfectly good because of our uncomfortable stay this hotel.
very bad
very bad area not clean at all staff very rude they ask me to leave passport or leave 20 BHD deposit while i payed all the amount of the stay i dont know why they till me thats the police sir thats so weird
Just Too Many reasons Not To Stay!
I stayed at the Days Hotel for a week while on business in Bahrain. Stay away from the restaurant, it’s horrible! I asked the waiter what he recommended on the menu (They only had one) and he said he doesn’t eat this food…….Obviously! The have Wi-Fi, but you have to stop at the desk every two days and get a new code (pain). Oh and it only supports one device. The room was ok, but the sheets were so thin you could almost see through them and the towels were very worn as well. For some odd reason, that I can’t explain, they never had change. I ordered a bucket of ice and some cola on several occasions and had some clothes laundered and every the guy had no change. I had to keep a running total with the front desk of how much they owed me or I owed them. Oh and by the way, you can’t charge anything to the room (big pain).
BAD
Not clean : carpet is not clean , bath towel some of it had red spots , bed sheets are so mush used it's almost worn-out. Uncomfortable : bed matters is very bad from you back it's like V shape Bad staff: I arrived late at night the receiption ask for my passport for check-in procedure and he did not gave Me back my passport and lock it in his desk ,I did not notice and in the next morning I went out , usually I keep my passport in my pocket all the time , and I noticed it's missing I spent hours looking for it , traced back to every where I went , I called the taxi services , I checked my room , eventually I in my way to report it to the police I remembered that the reception ask me for the passport and he did not gave it back , I went to reception and ask for my passport , the looked inside and said we keep the customers passport , and I took back my passport , they said we keep your passport with us so you don't loose it. And many other issues
Possibly the worst restaurant in the world....
I’ve stayed here on three separate occasions, on business trips. The rooms are nice and clean, and some have a great view of the bay. The bathrooms are fine, too. So, why 3 stars??? The food served in the restaurant is truly awful. It got to the point that I (and other business colleagues) would order a lunch, and then dinner, with no intention of eating it. Our company had paid full board, so we got our moneys worth. I actually think that the Days Hotel don’t want proper guests. I think they make their money from the thumping disco in the middle of the hotel. Lol
