Ive stayed here couple times to come see my family and it’s been a pleasure to stay and always have a good customer service by yackie and khamar they always been greeting me and helping me out. they very helpful when it comes to directions and restaurants close by
Best hotel stay that I have ever experienced!!!!
This hotel is beautiful! They are beyond clean and people are constantly tidying up! They hvae a beautiful deck overlooking the pond. The best part for me was the service. We were running off of no sleep when we called to book a room and they actually let us check in 4 hours early, and price matched a deal online for us! The people who work the front desk, Aurora, Dawn, Yackie, Kuhmar,and Oscar, were all beyond amazing! They were so helpful with aything and everything that myself, my fiance, or my daughter needed! They were amazingly quick about it too. I dont think that I had to wait more then 5 mins for anything that I mrrfrf.They accomadated every single request that I have ti bug the, gro' Another favorite of mine was Hilda, she made to-go breakfast for people like my husband who leave for work before 6am, when breakfast starts, so they could eat too. She had the breakfast bar set up in under 30 minutes and was letting everyone come in to eat early, so they could get to work. The rooms were beautiful, the entire building is beautiful, and the customer service was beyond amazing! Thank you guys so much!!!! My only complaint, is that our jaquzzi stopper wasnt working properly, it still did its job though.

Hey i been staying here for awhile now and this is one of the best hotel I been at, the staff are wonderful Jackie Oscar , Aurora, kharna they very sweet understanding helpful... Also the housekeeping lady’s are awesome and very , the housekeeping manager is very helpful friendly... I’m so glad me and my husband pick the hotel .. KEEP YOU THE GREAT WORK GUYS GOD BLESS EVERYONE..

Ive been staying at the Comfort Suites in Manassas, Va for quite a while now & I haven’t always had the best service but there’s about 4 employees that I absolutely love, Yackie , Khamra & Aurora. Excuse if my spelling if it’s not correct. But they have ALWAYS been good to me, they’ve helped me with any & everything. They always provide good conversation & on a bad day they definitely put a smile on my face. Also, the overnight employee Oscar has been good to me & made my stay wonderful. Please keep these employees. They’re great!
Very Nice hotel
My stay was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Great TV. The hostess at the front desk (Velia) was very friendly and professional. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. I will definitely stay there again!
