Great place to stay in Manchester, NH
We’ve stayed many times at the Holiday Inn Express when visiting family in Manchester, NH. It’s always a good place and a good value. We especially enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The last time, even though the hotel was quiet with the problems caused by the Covid 19, Shaimaa was taking great care of the kitchen and dining room. She made sure everything was sparkling and personally asked if she could do anything to improve the perfect breakfast we enjoyed. We couldn’t think of anything, but we promised we’d tell TripAdvisor about the great job she does. Thank you Shaimaa!

Shaimaa, Skye and Daisy all were prime examples of why my stay was superb! The food (Shaimaa) was fresh and tasty. The check in (Daisy) was smooth and fast. The customer service (Skye) was attentive and professional! Stay smart and stay here! PS - Fast Internet too!!
Do not stay here!!!
Please call the hotel before staying here. There was a hockey event and I had the worst time of my life. Kids running around, parents not watching their kids. This place was out of control and the staff did not have control of the guest either. The staff was trying to be as helpful as possible but something else should have been done. I suggest if you stay here please call before to see if there is an event going on. The hot tub didnt work, also the hot tub in my room didnt work.
In town for Kiss Concert
Hotel was excellent, friendly staff. Especially Shaimaa at breakfast. She gave out hugs to the kids! Kids love the pool. Room was good sized, with 2 queen beds and a foldout sleeper sofa. Centrally located, right of the highway.
Great Service! Handled large group well
We had about 30 rooms here, and around 45 people staying for our wedding in October. The staff were fantastic and accommodating to our large group taking over the lobby and breakfast area. The shuttle was super helpful in transporting guests to/from the venue, and the location is perfect near the highways and mall. Rooms wer clean and well kept- we had a great experience. Highly recommend.
