We received Excellent customer service. The room was very Nice. Breakfast was good, for a hotel breakfast. I Highly recommend staying here. We did not use the pool or the workout facility. But the kids seem to be having a great time.

Sleepless in Marion

Worst sleep I’ve had in years. Young kids next door blasted music/noise most of the night and other kids were in and out of the room all night. Lots of shouted obscenities as well. Made 1 complaint directly to occupants and 2 complaints to front desk. Noise finally lessened a little bit at 5am, but not enough that I could sleep. Room was nice and clean and king bedroom suite was roomy & comfy, but those pluses certainly didn’t negate the noise. Paid extra for an upgraded room just to have to be exposed to this all night!

Saw the sign saying no pets. But as long as it is a “emotional support” pet they had nothing to say. Warm pool and no issues with management. Ac worked well and the rooms were large and up to date. The wash facilities were new and worked well during our quad trip.

Loved the room set up with a King bed. There's a sitting room with a TV if one person is an early riser it's a perfect setup. Clean room also quiet inspite being next to the elevator. Friendly staff, plenty of restraunts and shopping nearby.

Pool was cold Fitness was locked. u get a rate for 2days and Call back for a third night and get there and the rate is raised 20.00. staff was very good and helpful. Room was clean and maintained and parking was good
