Um lugar de pura tranquilidade em meio ao movimento da Medina

Fui pela primeira vez com amigos a Marrakech, havíamos feito a reserva para o Riad Mazaya, mas só ao chegarmos no Riad descobrimos que as datas estavam erradas, tínhamos colocado a data de saída como a data de entrada. A proprietária do Riad Mazaya foi muito gentil conosco e prontamente nos designou ao Riad Les Sources Berberes que fica ao lado, ela nos apresentou a Mme Michelle proprietária do Les Sources Berberes que com muita atenção nos recebeu conforme a tradição marroquina servindo chá de menta e logo após nos apresentou todo o Riad. Para nossa surpresa maior Mme Michele falava português muito bem, o que foi essencial para entendermos melhor como visitar a cidade. O Riad possui uma estrutura muito acolhedora com uma área externa preparada para aproveitar os momentos de relaxamento da viagem. Os funcionários todos muito educados e respeitosos. Aos viajantes brasileiros que desejam conhecer Marraquexe este é com certeza o melhor lugar a se ficar na Medina.

Amazing riad 😍, it was a wonderful experience we really enjoy the spa with happy ending moroccan tea … the staff is very kind, the Manager is very helpful he gave us great recommendations i suggest trying chicken tajine

We stayed one week in this Amazing Riad . The service was excellent , and our stay was relaxing. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the famous Place Jamaa Lafna. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing ,for sure we will come back .

As soon as you enter the Riad, you are in another world. Magical! The experience of the hamman brought relaxation and well being. The rooms were very clean and the staff skilled and kind. I specially recommend the traditionnal Hammam and the anti-aging care. My skin is so smooth since >

I booked a Hammam on the recommendation of Marrachi local a accomodation owner, so had reasonably high expectations; these were met by the charming owner, a French lady but not the Spa staff. I booked for 1200 and had to wait as this Hamman was obvious not up and running, thought a nice coffee and a roof terrace seat were fine compensation for my wait. My actual in Hammam attendant was a very sweet girl, smiley and helpful however that was where the positives ended. The Hamman treatment itself was at best average and several basic were missed out; no face cleanser offer to remove make-up before I went into the steam no cotton pants provided ( TG brought my own ) curtains to changing area / massage room left open while 2 Moroccan men carried huge gas canisters up the stairs - twice; one attended seemed bemused that a western women might find this disconcerting. continually asked if I wanted an add-on massage - well obviously not by then only allowed to rest post Hamman for about 8mins before lights were turned on by the bemused one and I was asked if I was ready to change - no massage = no rest time courtesy When I explained to the late arriving Kardashian-esque Spa manager that for ‘medical reasons’ one should rest post Hammam / steam / sauna for minimum of 20mins - usually 40mins in most places - she seemed a cross between bemused and totally indifferent - adding, “Really, I never heard this before” Suffice to say I will not be back ! Riad itself has large open spaces, and designed interiors though lacked any atmosphere when I was there albeit midday to 2pm, perhaps it has more going on at night Spa had nice en trend grey brown interiors though marble on the walls next to where you lay inside got very hot and it was on two levels linked by narrow twisty stairs - where one met the men with huge gas canisters. I really wanted to love this place as it was a recommendation and the Riad owner / manager herself was so agreeable but the Spa staff let her down; hopefully it’s a franchise and she can distance herself from their lackluster service approach - I do hope so, as she was professional and very courteous.
