This has been our go to hotel since we couldn't stay at the farm - its always consistent in cleanliness and the breakfast is always plentiful. We have stayed here for years now when making the trip to Central Iowa for family things.

Loved my stay here and will for sure make this my go to place when visiting family. Need more discounts for rooms though and lighter comforters. Everything made me think of times before covid. Pleasant smiles and clean rooms with a great breakfast. Ready for my next visit with my daughter

Best hotel in Marshalltown

Such a nice place to stay! Very friendly staff, super helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel is new and well taken care of. I appreciated their accommodating an early check in. 5 out of 5 stars! One suggestion - a sign on Iowa Ave would help in finding the entrance to the hotel. You see it but have to search for the way in.

That was the worse trip in my live. This can not really told what this stupid so called Hotel Management has done wrong. No service, no cleanlyness, the bed was very uncomfortable, it stinks in every room.

The Hotel Experience was great. The 2 rooms were clean. Everything worked. Employees were very nice. The breakfast was amazing. Overall our stay was very good. We would totally stay here again. Recommended.
