Ótima experiência
Ficamos três dias para conhecermos a região. O hotel e lindo, super confortável, bom atendimento e boa comida.
Beautiful hotel and amazing food.
We have just returned from staying 7 nights at this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful stay. We chose a room with a side sea view and it was a really good size with a lovely view. The pool area is stunning and very relaxing, sitting looking at the bay and Capri and lunch and snacks were available all day - even complimentary lemon sorbet in the afternoon. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and everything we ate was delicious. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice. pastries, fruit, yoghurt, croissants with local jams, choice of cooked dishes and of course fantastic coffee, all with a view of the bay to die for! We ate dinner a few evenings and it was no more expensive than local restaurants and frankly much better - everything local and beautifully cooked and presented by the wonderful team. We did have drinks and canapés on the roof terrace one evening watching the sunset and it was magical. Whilst the hotel is near Sorrento, be warned, its a 25euro taxi fair each way, and that's the hotels discounted rate! You have to go to Sorrento to catch the ferry to Carpi, the train to Pompei or the bus to Positano so it does add up. But, we did discover the local bus from the village (5 min walk) which was 1.60euro each to Sorrento and great fun, and it also goes to a few other villages which have good restaurants. A visit to Pompei shouldn't be missed and there is also some great local hiking with guides available or a map from the local tourist office. Perhaps the only thing we could fault was the staff on reception- not super friendly or over helpful, compared to the rest of the team in the restaurants and pool area. Some welcome information on the area would have been helpful and a map and info on the village and the port below would have helped for us find our way around a bit easier. We got some great restaurant recommendations from a taxi driver which nobody else had told us about - even a 2* Michelin restaurant 15 minutes away. Overall though we would definitely return and this is a stunning and very special hotel, thank you for a wonderful stay. l
A Beautiful Hotel
This hotel is a real Gem. Its about an hours drive away from Naples and just 15 minutes drive from Sorrento's town centre so is in a great location. I stayed ere for my wife's birthday for three nights and ti was perfect. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. They took all the Covid precautions seriously so I felt very safe. We didn't select a room with a sea view which with hindsight I would as it is probably worth the extra money. However we had a hot tub in our outdoor space which made up for not having a view. Our room was very spacious, clean and with some very cool art work. There is cool art work all around the Hotel which is again beautifully decorated and modern. Thee food was again very good and the pool area is the perfect spot to relax with some amazing views and great selection of drinks. Its an amazing place and I will definitely be coming back !!!
Absolutely amazing
I have just arrived at the airport in Naples after spending 3 nights in this stunning hotel. The hotel itself is in amazing grounds with breathtaking views. The Cielo sky bar is an absolutely amazing place to watch the sun go down and the infinity pool and bar are fantastic. The staff are superb and when they say they are at your disposal they really are! Every person we encountered on our stay were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They booked trips, arranged shuttle runs, moved our car, provided a packed breakfast as we left early and generally just did everything possible to make this trip unforgettable. We stayed in a junior suite and the standard of the room and all the little extras were just fantastic. The welcome you receive from the restaurants and bars was exceptional. Staff gave me a blanket when it started getting a bit cold and never left you waiting for a top up from your glass. The food in the restaurant was amazing as was the service received by all. It is without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Absolutely first class.
Superb Hotel
This hotel is a true delight from the moment you arrive to the day you sadly say farewell. Apart from its superb amenities, two stunning places to eat, a wonderful rooftop bar with amazing views, a lovely pool set in gorgeous gardens and a great spar and fully equipped gymnasium, it’s main assent is its staff. They are charming, courteous, knowledgeable, interested in their guests, ready to go the extra mile and are wonderful at anticipating your needs. It’s like being welcomed into a wonderful Italian family. We have never stayed in a hotel that ticks all our boxes like the Villa Fiorella. Do go, it will outshine even the wonders of the Amalfi coast and become a glorious memory.
