luxurious place, modern facilities, excellent service, delicious food. only pastry products for traditional cakes are less tasty. can be fixed with an attractive and tasty cake display. the service of every staff is very friendly. the appearance of each staff is neat and fragrant.

The place is clean, the meeting room is huge, the staff need to be more trained, over all i enjoy my business stay in prime park. It still considered as new hotel in mataram, so overall everything still good. This is my second time here by the way.

The best hotel in the center of Mataram city

I stayed at this hotel from the 19 to 25 February, 2023 (7D6N), on the 8th floor (8XX). This hotel has very strategic location, especially close to the Mataram Islamic Center. The guest room is minimalist but roomy compared to similar competitors. The variety of breakfast is quite complete. The hotel staff are friendly, starting from the security, receptionists, as well as the restaurant section. What makes it special too, every day the hotel provides free Lombok-style snacks and a mini bar which is filled with soft drinks and snacks every day (free of charge too). Just a suggestion for a safe deposit box so that the size is slightly enlarged, at least it can store a 13 inch laptop 😊. If there is an assignment in the city of Mataram, God willing, I will stay at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Prime Park Lombok. All of the staff were amazing, particularly at the front desk and security. It was great to meet Mila as Receptionist and Mahdi as Security, they treat us well and their services excellent. The food offering at breakfast was incredible and lovely traditional drink are recommended. Location was perfect and closed by Mosque Agung Lombok.

Clean Hotels, Nice Workers. Strategic. Have a good view on swimming pool floor. Near Immigration office and by walking distance u can find nice resto called Mie Celor. They open till late , they serving many good food, especially the noodles and dimsum was awesome.
