Not recommended for peaceful people , especially students . This hotel has a marriage and party hall also . Loud music plays in the functions till 1-2 am . I had my exam the next day . Neither could I sleep nor study . Also , adjoining rooms are given to function people who will create noise and commotion the whole day . Kids were ringing my doorbell and attempted to open my room door so many times . It was hellish feeling . Very frustrating.. especially for the decent price I paid for the stay . The landline phone and tv are semi functional . Need to call again and again to get it started . The 2 stars are for the ok food and tea service and room cleaning guys .

I am Zabar Singh Rana , operation executive front office , at sunotel saputara gujarat, i am checked in 18 july 2021 after checkin no one wathroom amenities all items require than again to again call reception but not properly , i am wathed without shampoo and shop , tv was not working i required 1 bottele hot water for my child full night call on reception but not pic-up the phone whenever i check out early morning than i told why are you not pick-up the call at night time ,than no answer reception person, also i told i want a bottle hot water plz arrange it than directly denied for this work reception guys , room service person demand for tip at the time IRD Deliver , so that was very poor experience . for my trip totaly waist. so plz manage it management persons.

One of the worst hotel of Mathura. I stayed here for 2 days. It’s a old run down building which has lost its charm. Rooms are small, smelly and will have plenty of others problems like TV or AC not working. Bad attitude staff and horrible food and service. My entire family had stomach issue after having their food. Last but not least it’s expensive and their are far more better hotel in this price range.

AC is not working,food is very expensive ,even I asked for milk for a baby , it was very expensive,no hot water , ridiculous staff,fake management,don't have water to drink,plz don't go this place , one of worst experience I ever had .

Moderately poor property with almost no hospitality

We stayed here for 1 night and checked in around 1130PM so for us to get the room in Mathura at that wee hour was blessing in disguise however the stay at this property was almost near to poor. Do not expect anything in terms of Hospitality, not even basic amenities like dental kit, forget about bath kit. They should not even deserve status of Hotel it seems like a guest house. We just stay to spend a night overall not recommended. The rooms are like cage. If you still have a chance to stay asked them to give back side rooms which still have a green and railway line view otherwise no view no windows The food is bad. I got this property through MMT the rate was not bad but in exchange Hotel didn't come up well
