Ceiling peeling; smelled like mold; took 7 hour to get towels from front desk;
Stained ceiling in kitchen;
Hallways dirty; no more waffles;
No more Hilton’s for me; can’t trust them

We checked in later in the evening; check is was a breeze and we added a couple things from the mini store to our room. Upon entering room, it was clean and stocked. All of the dishes were in the dishwasher and could tell it was ran. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was VERY low.
The hot breakfast in the morning was well stocked.

hotel seriously under staffed, not maintained well, and lacks basic in room amenities. i felt bad for the attendant on duty as he had to do everything housekeeping was supposed to do. i would have made more of a formal complaint but was too tired after driving so long!!!

The staff is rude, the rooms are in desperate need of tlc. The room was filthy, there were shoes in the window, trash under the bed, and hair left in the shower. The beds were comfortable but that is the only positive about staying there. Just beware, the staff is rude, rude, rude, and doesn’t like to be bothered by the paying customers.

My sister and I were heading to Toledo to lay our parents’ ashes to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery. A few miles before the exit for the hotel, my sister began reading the recent reviews and I thought perhaps we had made a horrible mistake. Baggy pants, bandana wearing clerks! Egads! Walked into the lobby to find Jon, with a bandana tucked in his back pocket as an accentuating accessory to his personal style. Jon was a hoot! He asked about our trip, he always asked about our day (and genuinely asked, not “front desk required” asked), walked my sister to our car at night, etc. We felt like we made a friend. Our room was clean, our bedding was clean, breakfast was hot, the coffee was good. Yeah, this hotel is slowly rebounding from the hell the pandemic has been on hospitality. Oddly small things that are probably on a list - not sure what is going on with the flag pole but either take down what looks like a half-mast surrender flag completely and fly no flags or take the time to order a new “Homewood Suites” flag and a US Flag and fly‘em!
Seriously, the staff made the stay for us and more specifically, Jon at the front desk. Rock on, Jon, rock on.
