Had booked a Suite room at the hotel, since we were expecting to have some Meetings and so the entrance room would help for meetings. Had clearly mentioned we would reach by 2.30 PM as some people were expected for Meetings by 3.00 PM. On reaching at 2.30 PM we were told that the Suite room was occupied and we can get it only by 5.30 PM. Just to get an idea we checked out the room and found that they were very small - the pics in website very deceptive. The Hotel lobby and corridors were also very shabby with lot of dirt and paper wrappers strewn around. The Reception Staff were also very rude. We had to somehow manage the Meeting in the Lobby, paid for Lobby use and left the place.

Its a lodge rather than a Hotel

1. You can feel the experience of lodge rather than a hotel. Very poor hygenic conditions, No hot water, Torn bedsheets and blankets, Wet floor mats .No room cleaning. By god's grace AC was working. Terrible food. 2. Fantastic unprofessional people whose services worth for nothing. People are very local doesn't even know how to talk to the customer, their job is to just extract money from the customer. 3. Never cares about COVID-19 protocols. None of them wear masks. 4. 0 rating to be given as there is no option available 5. Stay at your own risk and they will make you suffer.

Worst management. We stayed here for a night. Air conditioner was not working. No floor mats. No hot water. No blanket for extra beds. When we asked the same to manager vaidiyanathan he was asking us to leave the hotel. Having family by our side we are not able to vacate we have taken this to the police and made an complaint against them. Please dont go by their rating. Fraud hotel.

Terrible service, rude staff, hotel wastes water

Stayed in this hotel with family. Firstly they made me change rooms twice during the day saying they were making some adjustments for other customers. Secondly hot water was not available. As we have elders and a 3 year old in the family, I called before booking to make sure they have hot water available for shower. They assured me hot water is available 24*7. I filled a whole bucket, there was no hot water, staff came up and discarded the whole bucket of water and filled it again, then discarded all that water. The third bucket was Luke warm water, we managed with that. I was aghast at the amount of water they were wasting. When I confronted the front desk staff Shankar, he was very rude and said go find a cheaper hotel next time. I asked him how can you call yourself a three star hotel without basic amenities, he scoffs and says who told you we are three star? Then I called the MD (Vidyanath or so)of the hotel, complaining about the exhorbitant price for poor service. The MD said there is hot water but it comes after discarding 3-4 buckets of water. Well I am not going to do that! If you care about your money and even a bit about environment please avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for a night as part of our pilgrim tour. Clean and spacious room was the biggest plus.. Well lit and value for money for the rent they charge..But hot water not availabl 24 hours and need to be at the mercy of time..Restaurant was closed due to Diwali and room service (even a normal coffee or tea) took ages to be served...Overall nothing much to disappoint and families can rely 100% for the stay...
