A estadia foi óptima.estive no hotel 6 dias . O hotel está muito bem localizado, limpeza impecavel,roupa de cama mudada diariamente e exeplarmente branca, comida muito boa, o pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo..recomendo e penso em voltar ao hotel

Great experience right in the city center

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was relatively new, service was very friendly, my room was nice and the location was great. There is a big supermarket very close and the craft market and the bus rank are also quite close. I had a good dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. If you're after cheaper options, two fast food chains had their restaurants next to the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay in Mbabane Eswatini, the room the staff the food and the area was very welcoming and friendly. One lady sorry I cannot remember her name but I remember a gentleman named Sibusiso who treated me like a King

This hotel is absolutely a win win for Eswatini . The location is great. And the breakfast buffet is impressive.a huge selection everyone will enjoy this. The bar area is great and relaxing. They offer good cappuccino. It’s walking distance from the shops. And its only a 15 minute drive to the royal golf course.

Slay Queen hotel

Hotel is beautiful but somewhat useless like a slay queen. Lovely public spaces and room. My room was very clean. Our meeting room was well taken care of. However, Service in the restaurant is painful. You could die of thirst while waiting for one of the many waitresses to take your drink order. The wine list is not available. If you order off menu, be prepared for crazy prices. I ordered a glass of house white wine because my selection was unavailable. I was charged E70 for one glass. Food was okay, just edible for E290 a plate for lunch. Aircon in room didn’t work—temp stayed at 26.4 all day and most of the hot, sweaty night. Maintenance was promised but did not turn up. Most of the lightbulbs in the room were blown. There were no towels at the pool and no attendant in sight. The elevators had a funky smell. I stayed at this hotel when it first opened and it was brilliant. It’s a shame that it has turned into this. Hilton, step in and sort this out please.
