From the moment we walked in, I was sorry for making this reservation. The non-smoking hotel smelled of cigarettes because the staff smokes. The desk clerk was the most unprofessional and sloppily dressed employee I have ever seen. The furniture was worn and the room smelled something awful. I do not plan to stay there again.

The stay was to be for one night only. The reservation was made well in advanced. Got a smelly, dark and uncomfortable handicapped room, and there were no other rooms to accommodate us. The staff tried their best and they did call another hotel in the area for us.

Friendly staff and rooms very neat and clean. Located in a safe area and close to all kinds of restaurants. Pet friendly was a big plu for me. Never travel without the fur baby. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with a terrible bed

The lobby was neat and clean, likewise, the room was nicely decorated with a microwave and mini-fridge. However, the bed had a "gravity well"--the center of the mattress sagged and my wife and I kept rolling into each other all night. An otherwise great experience was ruined by a bad bed. PS this hotel is not visible from the highway--had to use GPS to find.

Worst stay ever I’ve never been so disrespected in my entire life I’ve been staying at Wyndham hotel for over 25 years and I’m seriously thinking about never staying at another Wyndham property the rest
