The photos are not pictures of the actual hotel lobby or rooms. The room was full of dust and dirt from construction, and I heard hammering after 7pm.
The male at the front desk was very nice but the female over him was not, she was not customer friendly or pleasant.
I contacted Hotels.com to inform them of my concerns, they called the hotel, the hotel staff lied about the room and construction so hotels.com did nothing.
I will say the bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable. No free breakfast or breakfast to go. Blood on the shower curtain, hair all over the bathroom floor 😩, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash used already.
I will not be using hotels.com or this hotel moving forward.
This place needs a deep clean. Very dirty.

This place was so disappointing. We reserved a block of rooms for my grandfather’s birthday. Needless to say we all met and stayed at this hotel. I can understand the breakfast area and pool being closed due to Covid. But, what I cannot wrap my head around is how dirty this place is. The light switches, floor and bathroom was disgusting. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and gross. Also, when we woke up in the morning we noticed the fitted sheet was inside out on the bed. So gross. We stayed in a suite and were only given 2 bath towels. We had a pull out bed and had to run down for sheets and then we were told they ran out of pillows for the pull out bed. The pullout bed was gross. It had crumbs in it. The front desk was not helpful at night. My cousin had to buy Chlorox wipes to clean her room. I never leave reviews. But, I feel that we paid a premium price for a disgusting room. I will never stay here again.
Breakfast is a joke

Came back as I remember it to be a decent choice from years ago. The hotel is fine, the room was clean and the beds okay. The staff was friendly. However, in all understanding of the current situation, what they offered as a breakfast substitute instead of the buffet is hard to swallow. A bottle of water and two high sugar mini muffins. That was it. No coffee, no fruit, no yoghurt. I cannot stop thinking that this is a great way to save money. So, if you decide to stay here and you like to have something decent to eat in the morning, be prepared.

Saturday May, 8th, I checked into the Hotel and I was assigned room 119. Here are a few concerns I reported to management and staff.
May 8th after check in, I noticed stains on the bed cover and I reported it to Ms. French the manager. I wanted the cover replaced. The manager stated the cover was washed. She then informed her cleaning manager to remove it. (If you know there were stains on the the cover why put it on the bed instead of throwing it away? Would you sleep in a bed with stains?)
On the same day, I noticed there was some red stains in the toilet and urine stains on the seat. I had some cleaner with me and I wiped the seat. After wiping the seat, there was so much residue/dirt/stains that came off the seat. The seat color changed from brown to white.
The same color changed happened with the tub.
May 8th later that afternoon, I reported my concerns to the front desk and showed them pictures of I took of the bathroom. I asked to speak with the manager to make them aware. I requested a refund or be moved. The front desk person went to the back to get the manager and later came back saying the manager is not available at this time. She will speak with you tomorrow to negotiate the room. I asked why? The front desk person stated she was with people from corporate. So, I stayed the night expecting to speak with the manager in the morning.
In addition, I reported to room above was noisy and loud and that it went on through the night and if my room gets change I prefer a room on the top floor.
Showed the front desk a picture of dingy towels. (If you know they are dingy, why do you place them the room instead of throwing them away?) Why reuse them?
On May 9th, approximately around 9:00 I wnet back to the front desk and asked for 2 things.
Can I have sound NEW towels?
Is Ms. French available. The person at the front desk stated she is not in yet. I explained to her the issue I was having and showed her the pictures. She stated that Ms. French would be in shortly and she was aware of the issues and would be calling me as soon as she got in.
Ok so I left the hotel to got have dinner with my mom. At 1:39 pm I got a call from the hotel (Ms. French).
I had an opportunity to explain my experience. Stated she was surprised because she had her 1 of her managers clean the room. (I’m not doubting that someone may have cleaned the room, I’m telling you the pictures tell a different story).
I was asked if I was still in the hotel and if the conditions were that bad why did I stay the night? Can you explain that to me because my front desk person told me they informed you that you can check out. I informed her that was not the case, she stated after taking to you that you would speak to me in the morning. Ms. French stated she talked to me? Yes she left and went to the back. Ms. French stated there’s a camera/audio at the front desk and she will check it. (Well why didn’t you check that first before you make any accusations? As a manager myself, I would have obtained all the facts first so that I don’t look ignorant in front of the customer)
She stated there’s nothing she could do and that she could not refund the money. That I went through a 3rd party. She said Priceline. And that I would I to speak to them for a refund.
After further discussion she said that if I didn’t check out today I would charge the full price. So I asked questions to clarify. One being if I leave today I wouldn’t be charged?
Asked what time do I need to check out today? She asked what time is it now? I said 2. She said I needed to check out by 3 before she leaves. (Wait, I just told you I’m not at the hotel and I have an hour the check before you leave after you called me late in the afternoon. What time did you get in? You could have called earlier like your team stated. Now I cut dinner short to go and get out)
So again, I clarified her request and she answered my questions.
Went to check out. Asked for Ms. French to verify I gave them the key. Both My Travel and the charge me for 2 days still!

The front desk area reeks of moth balls and our room reeks of stale cigarette smoke. My bedding is stained and stinks. Feels like we stayed in a cheap motel. Never ever will I stay here again! Had no rooms for us to switch.
