The hotel is very basic. The room fittings are falling off, no enough towels in the bathroom, the heating water jug was faulty. The breakfast was very poor and the dinning chairs we loose . No varieties of food at the breakfast. The hotel seems to be run down for when it was new it was one of good hotels in Meru

This hotel is newly renovated but the fixings are already falling off.check in process was good but we had to call for shower caps additional towel,tissue paper,kettle for hot water,(is there no checklist before you check in a customer) don't get me on the pathetic thing they call breakfast. 😑.Then we had ala carte dinner,overly salted and tasteless. A 2 is for comfortable bed and helpful staff.

The rooms are quite okay but the service is poor..on the service part you guys should improve on it coz its quite terrible and the over charging yet the breakfast there is little to choose from.I would recommend but just don't visit when in a hurry coz the service is slow too

This COVID period has been quite trying for most businesses, hotels adversely affected. All the same I was well hosted at this establishment. @Lameck you really went out of your way to keep us comfortable. The chef for breakfast asanteni sana. Excellent improvements at the property. Please work on the Wi-Fi. All the best post COVID, you are geared to take off.

The room was spacious, comfortable and superbly clean. The serving of fresh fruits in season and variety of local delicacies for breakfast made it feel more at home. Special mention to Lameck, Alice and Abdi for the warm reception and facilitation. Definitely a choice for stay when in Meru
