Slept decent. Showered while wondering if I was being videoed through the peep hole in the ceiling.

On arrival of-my prepaid room think 1960s building with little renovation. Greeted with the request for a 150.00 dollar security deposit not disclosed prior to booking. She ran twice and ibank account shows two pending 150.00 charges. The room furnishing were updated. The bed clean comfortable. The room floors were coming up from flooding. The shower had a peep hole in the ceiling.

This property is clean, well kept and in a good location but what makes it 5 star is the people that work there. Had a great experience because of the staff! Next to the light rail but I did not hear it at all - Bonus to have the convenience and still quiet

I booked this place in the middle of the night en route to Prescott because Bookings.com gave it 4 stars and the pictures looked lovely. Complete with palm trees. All lies! There is nothing lovely or right about this place. It sits in a criminal, homeless ridden neighborhood. It's loud and has constant activity, some of which I'm sure are not legal. The "front desk" area smelled of curry and was filthy. The pool resembled a frog pond. The room was dirty and totally unacceptable. Everything in the bathroom was disgusting and/or broken. Total lack of maintenance and upkeep everywhere. The mini fridge leaked and the coffee pot was so yucky we refused to use it. We were issued carnival tickets to pick up our brown bag breakfast in the morning, which consisted of a tiny Trix yogurt, a microwavable breakfast sandwich and a fruit bar. It all went in the trash. My dumb ass paid for 2 nights in advance, which was almost $400. When we decided to check out early Hadji at the front desk refused to refund the unused day of fees and so did Booking.com. We left anyway, kissed the $400 goodbye and never looked back. Live and learn. Worst "Choice" hotel I have EVER seen. Don't do it!

Horrible, scary, dirty, overpriced, avoid!

Wild fights outside our door in back. People sitting in parking lot all night, screaming profanity. If that isn't bad enough, the room needs major maintenance. Tile broken and grout flithy, impossible to clean. Floor planks buckling and hard to walk on. Again, difficult, if not impossible to clean. No plumbing stopper in bathroom sink. Bag breakfast a poor sub for hot breakfast. Out of cream for coffee, no juice. Lower than very basic. Pool is small and unheated. We were there in spring. It was very cold water. Area around hotel seedy at best. Pawn shop, odd restaurants. This was over 200 dollars a night hotel, which was close to worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Certainly the worst for the price. DONT STAY HERE! We were in Room 135, fyi.

A bit unfriendly clerk at the desk on check in. Snapped back when a question was asked. Our room was adequate but there was a gap in the exterior door and a light bulb was not functioning. There was no housekeeping service available although I saw 4 housekeepers. They said due to Covid they wouldn’t do our room. When my wife was in a Dallas area QI, she had housekeeping every day. Same as in Lubbock. Outdoor vending and a washer and dryer are available but both were rather dirty. Not sure we’ll be in the area again but I think we’ll check out another QI.
