My husband found this hotel and the reviews were good! We stayed there 4 days, it has breakfast and quiet. The BONUS-it is close to the rail and bus system!! We parked our car and didn’t drive it till we left! We used the rail system which took you to Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix!

I had a reservation made here for a couple of days in advance. The day of arrival, I personally called them at appx 7:30 pm PST to remind them of a late arrival. They found my name and said ok. I flew in to Phoenix and got off the plane and looked at my emails and it said my room was cancelled. I called them and they said my CC was declined and they were now full.( I had to go straight to hospital upon arrival for a delivery) They said they attempted many times during the day to Contact me. No, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. And like I said, I talked to them at 7:30 pm. So at midnight I had to find a hotel and within my company’s price range. The man that answered was totally rude and tried to hang up. I cannot recommend this place. When I found a new room, I presented the same card, and there was no problem.

Just What We Needed

I was a little worried since the price was so low (if you directly book with them) and it was so close to the rail. But it was perfect, just what we needed. It's right down town, but quiet. The place is not fancy, but clean and a great pool! The pool was heated with towels available and the jacuzzi was hot! The breakfast was adequate...pancakes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It's a great value, highly recommended.

I love the Azure hotel. Rooms are big and it is clean. There is a lovely pool area. It’s right on the bus line or if you have a car it is conveniently located. Helpful staff. Washer and dryer available.

I stayed here after driving from North Carolina. I told Front desk at check in around 2am that i had Two service dogs with me. Both trained for medical issues.At check in was a MR. Brandon. He advised me i would be good since their service dogs. After leaving the hotel i was Charged $150 dollars for the dogs. I’ve been contacting the hotel multiples times over the last 3 weeks. The manager MS.Angel has not helped at all and has not called me back to solve the issue. I’ve been calling and leaving my information and MS,Angel has not given me a call. As well as MR. Brandon has been denying i had Service animals. Which I’m sure he was either drunk or high when i checked in.
