O hotel está muito bem localizado na cidade de Mexicali. Estive na cidade por uns dias e o serviço deste hotel foi impecável. Os quartos são grandes e bem arrumados e limpos. Há internet grátis. O pequeno almoço é generoso e o restaurante serve óptima comida local. Recomendo a todos
Excelente opção de hotel em Mexicali por um custo baixo.. Quarto grande e um otimo café da manha.. Recomendo para todos este hotel.. Unico ponto que deixou a desejar foi a internet, pois me passaram o código errado para acessar, e não quiseram dar outro código
Paid far more than the room justified. Cleanliness, service and maintenance was good. The restaurant had a nice mix of foods to choose from. All staff were super courteous and made provisions to communicate in English.
friendly staff. I was lucky to have a room facing the parking lot. therefor, I didn't get the sound from the DJ at the pool. it was a busy hotel, that is for sure! the food I was served was excellent. room, sheet and bathroom was clean! con the thermostat on my A/C didn't work. asked 2 times to get it fixed but the maintenance had no idea how. the only way to control the temp was by manually turning it on or off. the entry door didn't seal and you could hear people talking from the time they entered the hall way. but you didn't hear anything from the boarding rooms! nothing earplugs couldn't fix (I was sleeping days do to working nights) I would recommend to stay there again.
Second visit and not very pleased
The rooms are nice, the first time was a month ago and A/C didn’t work, called to ask to get fixed and got ignored called again and said they were busy 6 hours had passed until we asked to speak to manager and got moved to another room at 12am!!! Pool was filled with outsiders, I guess they have a special for people who aren’t staying at the hotel to pay and use the facilities (pool), the visitors had brought their own speakers and had Corridos and we’re drinking beer that they had brought in, when we asked the security about them allowed to have the music and he said they weren’t allowed but if someone complained he could say something and I told him well I’m complaining and it took him about 20 min to say something about it. Second visit we get a better room next to the pool and once we get here we find out they have a private event that starts from 8-3am!!! We didn’t think it was gonna be bad but the music is SOOO loud!!!! They should consider starting parties earlier and ending at least at 12, due to it being a hotel and we are still paying the same price for the rooms, to get the same commodities and not being able to sleep at night!!
