A localização é ótima, da para ir a pé (uns 10 minutos ou menos) até a praia e também até a road lincoln (uns 20 minutos) onde tem as lojas. O pessoal do hotel faz de tudo para agradar os hospedes. Quando cheguei estava chovendo, então empresaram guarda chuvas enormes para gente sair. Para ir a praia emprestam toalhas. Não utilizei, mas eles também disponibilizam bicicletas. O restaurante do hotel serve uma comida bem gostosa. Pena que o dólar estava alto (4 reais) e ficava tudo um pouco caro. Tinha uma maquina de café no quarto com umas capsulas grátis. Roupa de cama limpa e macia e cama boa. Chuveiro bom e banheiro limpo e ainda tinha sabonete, xampu e condicionador de excelente qualidade. Tivemos uma situação inesperada, lá é cobrada uma taxa de resort por pessoa (parece ser coisa da prefeitura), por volta de 10 dólares de não me engano. Recomendo muito a estadia nesse hotel.

Location, location, location

Whenever I visit Miami, I always stay in the sofi area for a quieter hotel experience. This hotel has a prime location, central to the beach, great food/drinks and easy access to ubers/lyfts/taxis to take you over the bridge to Brickell/Wynwood/Little Havana. Simple diggs and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating!

This branch of the Urbanica Hotel at 5th Avenue is value for money. It is situated very close to the beach and Ocean Drive, but away from the noise and buzz. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and equipped with a good working airco and a small fridge. The room was small, so I can imagine if you have two big suitcases, this is a problem, but not for us. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets, which I find more important than the size of the room. Pool at the rooftop of the Hotel at 5th Avenue, just across the street, can be used, but of course not the same as having a pool in your own building since you have to cross the street on flip flops. Pool towels are provided. Parking is not possible at hotel premisses, but they offer valet parking at USD 40 per night, although the reservation says USD 35, so not sure where the USD 5 extra is coming from. Breakfast is also offered in the hotel across the street, but I recommend to go to the Italian bakery opposite the hotel at 5th avenue! They have everything you need in the morning. All in all a very good choice if you don’t want to be right at the beach. I would definitely come back here!

A very comfortable place at South Beach

The Hotel is one of the Urbanica Hotels in the zone, it is very easy to get there (it is possible even by bus - 150 from the airport for only 2.25$) The Hotel have comfortable, quiet rooms, and beds, the only disadvantage was that the shower didn’t have a door or even a curtain so after every shower the bathroom was quite wet The people in the reception were very cordial (specially Pedro) and helpful , The beach is at a walking distance, as many restaurants There is also a car rental at the other side of the street (Sixt). Since there is no breakfast included I recommend the bakery at the other side of the street I recommend the Hotel

Perfect hotel for visiting Miami Beach

This hotel is perfect in all ways. It is very central. It is close to the beach and has a private beach where you get a chear and towels. The personal is pleasant and helpful, all our requests were responded instantly. Big room with coffee machine. And a great Italian cafe just across the street
