A localização é muito boa, com várias lojas, restaurantes, cafés, mercado, bem próximos...tem um Starbucks bem ao lado, o que facilita muito o café da manhã. Fácil acesso aos meios de transporte também, porque não alugamos carro. Quartos limpos, bonitos e confortáveis. Todos do front desk são simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos a sorte de sermos atendidos pela Candy, que é brasileira e deu-nos muitas dicas sobre restaurantes próximos e meios de transporte.

Excellent location, clean rooms and pool/restaurant view amazing. Jason was very attentive and accommodating to our needs and requests. Midtown has everything tou need from across the street dinner places, convenience stores and walking distance from wynwood walls

The hotel was very pretty to look at, but it was substandard in terms of quality of amenities and quality of the property in general. First, my room keys wouldn't work in the elevator. And once it worked, it would only work one time so if I went out and came back I needed to get another room key made. This happened at least 4 times over 2 nights which is pathetic. In my room, the knob fell off the shower and I couldn't turn it on. I eventually figured out a way to make it work, but even after mentioning it to the front desk, it wasn't fixed. The pump for the soap in the shower wouldn't work, but I didn't find out until I was IN the shower. It took me 5min of standing in the water fiddling with it just to get it to pump soap. The snacks in the mini bar was all stale. The robes in the room were sized for a 5ft tall 90lb woman. The television had someone else's name and room number listed on the HOME screen, and then when I was watching a show the TV just shut off in the middle of the program and reset itself. When it came back on, the room number and name on the home screen were STILL wrong. And then, to add insult to injury, the hot water stopped working. THE HOT WATER STOPPED WORKING. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it, but this was never done and the issue was never addressed by the front desk again. This was one of the absolute WORST hotel experiences that I've ever had. I brought all of these issues to the attention of the person at the front desk and she offered to refund my facilities fees ... what amounts to $50 over two days for a SUITE. I should have been COMPED the entire stay. It was AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Solid "alternative" option in Midtown.

This Hyde is in a good location if you want to be in Midtown. The valet service makes it easy in/out. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The theme of the place is a bit 'alternative' -- the furnishings and decor are rather spare to minimalist. But our room was a small suite with a little kitchen area and sitting room, with BR in a separate room. Good light. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is large enough and the two sinks is nice. The bathroom is a bit of an odd setup, with little privacy -- only a sliding door, with one window frosted and the other clear. (A clear glass window between the bedroom and bathroom will keep you on your toes!) The lighting in the bathroom could be better and the shower water pressure is low. The maid service needs some improvement both in staff and thoroughness. But, overall, the property is nice. And the amount of space is nice. Pool area nice. The pricepoint is very fair and so you have to balance that in. In sum, I'd like to see an upgrade in the maid/housekeeping situation but a solid option and I would stay here again.

My wife and I first visited the Hyde Midtown Hotel in June 2022 and we were so impressed with the excellent service We received by the staff that this is our six time staying at Hyde. The location is excellent with restaurants and shops at walking distance and the Design District nearby. The room are very spacious and comfortable and the amenities top notch. Special thanks to Henry and staff who made sure my wife and I enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend Hyde Midtown to anyone visiting Miami.
