We spent 3 nights in a One Bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. Overall, it was a fine experience and would describe this place as extremely average. The location is great, within an easy walking distance to the beach. It has all the amenities you could need for your stay and was generally a comfortable size. It was generally clean when we arrived but insects has taken over the unit by the time I was leaving on day 3. The wifi was reliable. The negatives were this unit was designed by someone who has never stayed a night in it. The bathroom design in awful, with no shower screen or curtain, so it flooded the bathroom every time you showered. The bedside lamps provided no light for reading and were too big for the tables they were on. There is only 1 heating/cooling unit in the living area so there was no airflow into the bedroom. It left the bedroom extremely hot and stuffy all night despite it being winter.

Wife and I were travelling from Perth to Esperance and decided to stop at Albany to do some trekking around the area. Found this place and were very pleased with how friendly staff were and How tidy and clean premises were. Good price for the standard this premises presented. Thank you

My husband and I called past to see if we could book a nights accommodation to break up our trip back to Perth. The lady at reception, Robyn, was so lovely and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we could be accommodated. We booked a night and I wish we were staying longer. Our room was immaculate with everything you would need. We booked a 1 bedroom chalet which was spacious. The cleanliness of the chalet was absolutely immaculate. The location is fantastic - a short walk to Middleton Beach, a lovely cafe and a great fish and chip shop. This is our second stay here and I’m sure there will be many more. An outstanding accommodation option.

We spent 4 nights in a one bedroom self contained unit on the ground floor. On arrival I felt the lady at reception could have been more welcoming rather than just hand us the key and point to the direction of our room. Resort was very well maintained. Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot with good water pressure. Facilities in the room were adequate. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs outside rather than a park bench. On the last day we had no water which was inconvenient. Pelicans was lovely and quiet in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

First time staying there, but have already booked the same Premium room type for next year. Bedroom was a nice size with a really good comfortable king bed. Living area and kitchenette were a good size with plenty of space, but it did appear that the layout wasn't optimal, with the furniture a bit large for the room. But having said that, everything was modern and very comfortable, a great bathroom and shower, and really great welcoming interactions with the staff. Added to this is its close proximity to three eateries - a Bar/grill, cafe, and a fantastic fish and chip shop, only a short walk down the street. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.
