I had stayed here for a week, rented 2 rooms as we had my, wife, 2 adult children stay along with 2 service dogs. The hotel played dumb when I told them it was illegal to charge me pet rent as most hotels do. I showed them service tags and certificates. The continued to charge me Daily for these fees, and called them pet clean up fees. They didn’t clean rooms once. I got charged 30 bucks a day per room. Once they figured out that they were breaking the law, they renamed fees as cleaning fees, again no room service was ever done or offered. Then charged me for dirty towels and a supposed blanket. However never produced the blanket to verify fees, never produced towels after attempting cleaning from coffee stain and make up. I had to ask them to sweep up glass in hallway so not to cut my dogs paws, they are rude, lazy and would never recommend them ever. They do have a habit of charging your card with out authorization taking up to 5 days to get charged back. Front desk manager blamed computer system from choice, how does he blame choice hotels for not knowing service animal laws. They offered me 16,000 choice points for my experience. Like I would ever stay at another property of choice or Econo lodge. Don’t worry, if your bored you can watch someone replace the transmission in their car in hotel parking lot. And if I can prove it I’d talk to you about this.

Refuses to return my money even though we didn't stay due to nasty conditions

This property was a disgrace....The elevators were broke so we had to lug out luggage upstairs. There was a sign that there was no breakfast but advertised they had breakfast. The pool water was green and listed as out of service. Furthermore, we get to our floor from the stairwell and as soon as you open the door you get a very strong odor of marijuana. The closer we got to our room, the stronger the odor got. We realized the odor came from the room that was next to our door and the yelling and screaming that came from that room would have woken the dead. We get into the room and is smelled of mold and the bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest was in there and there was a pubic hair on the floor next to the toilet. So we turned around and went downstairs to get a refund. The front desk offered another room but after what we saw, we were not comfortable staying. She said because I booked with Expedia I couldn't get a refund....and of course Expedia is giving me the run around so the property got their money from Expedia and pretty much stole my money which has now been reported to the BBB.

Ok...so... So I can stand budget hotels cutting corners, but no blanket ? Just a sheet and ultra this comforter? Not in my book.. Friendly staff though, ample parking, easy on off .. I think my room was below the owners suite [ with running children ] Avoid room 104

hotel was clean,small breakfast.only indoor pool no hot tub as it was listed in description. room was clean and nice for a one night stay hotel staff .very pleasant.close to route 81 easy on and off. restaurants near by.

Front desk staff was very nice. The room was filthy, I don’t know what the cleaning staff do when they clean but it is very substandard. Th bath was missing the plug and there were pubic hair in it. Only one toilet paper roll for three people. One of the beds was broken, my friend had to sleep in the middle otherwise the bed slanted. We had to call three times because the wifi didn’t work. The plug on the cable box fell behind the cabinet so we moved the cabinet, a lot of dirt along with an empty coke bottle was there. I moved the night table to look for a plug, there was filth there also including a plastic spoon. This is winter and all that was on the bed was a sheet and blanket which was no thicker than another sheet. Along with holes in the walls and missing paintings this hotel really needs an upgrade. The continental breakfast is cereals and bagels, that’s it.
