We love this place. This is our second time here. Chris from the lobby was super attentive all the time, great customer service from him! The rooms are very welcoming, everything was super clean ! Great atmosphere! We will come back this year ☺️

Loud music, water pipes all night long

We stayed here a Saturday night, in rm 135, at the end of the hall, first floor. The bathroom pipes were 'banging' every hour, door at the end of the hall banging until 3am. we hear music - loud bass until 210am...not sure if there was a clilub near-by.....but we got very little sleep. We will not stay here again....most Hiltons are quiet....this one is not.

Satisfactory hotel that checks all the basics

Stayed here on the way back from visiting Western NY. First time staying in a Tru and it was overall a good experience. Location: close to everything! highway, shopping, and food Property/Common areas: lots of parking, nice common areas with games and ample sitting areas. I loved the colorful theme. 24 hr tea and coffee was nice. Staff: friendly and helpful Room: It met our needs overall. Large bathroom with shower and nice pressure. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Only complaint I had was that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom and I expect there will be some mold or mildew growth in the future. There was already some discoloration of the ceiling paint above the shower. Other than that, the room seemed very clean. I liked the soap dispensers because there is less waste from single use or mini sized soaps and shampoos. Breakfast: While the breakfast did compare to other hotels in what is offered, it was vastly different from what was shown in the photos of the property. There was not a pancake or waffle maker and the general breakfast area seemed bare in comparison to what is online. There were still many options, but don't get swayed by this photo as it is not representative of current conditions. Overall: Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location . Standard Hilton cleanliness and breakfast. Nice facility. Stay here four or five times a year. Located near interstate 84 and restaurants/shopping. Pet friendly. Mexican restaurant within an easy walk. Highly recommend.

We knew we were going to be a late check-in and an early check-out when we were deciding on where to stay. We saw the pictures of the breakfast and the hotel looked pretty new and clean, so we decided to pick this Tru. The breakfast shown on the Hilton website is not what you get. The microwave had almost an inch of water in it (we measured). The toaster was broken. The "Donuts, Muffins, and Bagel" section had some bagels and nothing else. No hard boiled eggs or waffles. The juice machine was out of at least 1 juice. There were three pieces of fruit available, a container of gross looking oatmeal, egg frittata, and sausage links. When we asked the attendant about the bringing out more food, he said that they order the food late and therefore they did not have any. If a hotel is going to offer breakfast it should be up to par. I understand that things break and run out but this many things going wrong is not cool. The floor in our room was dirty. They likely dry mop the floors or just vacuum, but this does not remove the dirt. The floor was sticky and our feet were black after only a few minutes of walking on it. I do not know if this is indicative of hotels in the area, this Tru, or Tru hotels in general but I will not be staying at one again (I had planned on staying at one in November but not anymore). Over the years I have likely stayed at about 20 Hilton hotels around the U.S. and world and this one was the worst by far.
