We - three friends- visited Milano over Easter and spent 4 days in Sandros's guesthouse, which was gorgeous. A beautiful flat on the 5th floor, tastefully decorated wirh antique furniture and a great regard to charming details. Sandro was lovely, very welcoming and helpful and spoilt us with freshly baked Easter cake and grest cappucinos and a delicious breakfast on Easter Sunday, beautifully laid out in the dining-room with a marvellous antique Florentine chandelier. We felt very much at home, away from home and will certainly come again. A perfect and very special place in Milano !

Perfect place where to stay in milano, elegant ambient, very comfortable and warm place where you can feel like at home. Very good breakfast, convenient for all transportation service. Nice people. I warmly suggest to everyone. I looking forward to be back again

it's a nice and cosy guest house located on the top floor of the building very quiet area and close to the centre, the rooms are spacious and clean, love the design and the warm feeling of the room, the bathroom are big and new. The owner is friendly and very welcoming, the breakfast was fabulous. i hardly found anything to complain about and the prices are also reasonable. i Will go back again when i am in Milan. We really enjoyed our stay in the B.P.F. Guest House last summer. The location, our room and the service were excellent. We are looking forward to come back to Milan as soon as possible! Thank you very much Sandro for everything!

It's a very small hotel at the fifth floor, but the location and service are excellent. The owner is very friendly and is our honour to be served for breakfast. The location is few steps from M1 and M2 lines, making it easy to reach central station, city center and expo.
