This place is awesome! Great stay for a group trip, as you have an entire apartment style floor to yourselves with kitchen and lounge area to enjoy! The hospitality here is top notch, Michael the hotel manager helped us check in early and gave us a warm welcome. Alex the valet attendant was so great too, lots of recommendations that were so useful! Definitely check this place out! 10/10!!

This concept is going to revolutionize the hotel experience. They thought of everything. We were blown away by the instant welcoming feel of the property from the main lobby to the individual floors with a residential-feeling, hip common space greeting you as your floor’s elevator door opens. We loved going back to the hotel to hang after a day of activities. They make the experience personal as though you had the great taste to outfit your own home like this. Absolutely love this place.

Kinn has 2 beautiful older properties that have been remodeled; 1 downtown and the other one out a ways in Bay View. We had booked the BayView location only to find out that location had a lot of stairs that my girlfriend could not navigate. Called the downtown location. Got the Manager within seconds - Mr. Dietrich and even though there was a large wedding party in the hotel, he was able to accommodate us and our room request. He promptly called when the room was ready and everything went smoothly. The hotel is gorgeous! Very clean. Bedding superb. Automated check-in which made checking in and coming and going a breeze. If you have a larger group or a family - their meeting areas on each floor are great for a gathering space, cocktails or morning breakfast. Can't wait to go back!

I don’t even know where to begin! Absolutely stunning property. Close to everything. It’s a block and 1/2 to Milwaukees historic 3rd Ward. This is NOT your average hotel stay. Far from it. It’s like staying in an very upscale apartment. Impeccably furnished. Quiet and secure. Beyond comfortable. From the pillows to the toilet paper. The common area is a dream. A lovely place to relax, come together with family and friends or make new friends. You just have to experience it for yourself. If we could give the place a million stars, I would.
