My husband, my son, my dog Miley, & I stayed here for roughly I believe 8 months. Wonderful hospitality & customer service is there. Miley loved one of the managers there she'd look for her ever morning! We spent the holidays there and it just felt like home. Managers and employees were always so kind and inviting anything you need or just simply striking up a conversation was so comforting felt like family.

Very clean, modern hotel

I stopped here after a long day of driving across the Midwest. On the same trip, I stayed at two Holiday Inns and a Best Western, and this was by far the cleanest, nicest, and most comfortable of them all. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The shower was strong and hot. I have to make the same road trip another time or two this year, and I'll definitely be staying here again. Oh, and there was minimal interaction with staff to check in, and nobody milling around maskless in the lobby. Of everywhere I stayed, this hotel felt the most COVID-safe.

Good for a one-night stop, but with a clean and renovated room

The service was great! The Front Desk Agents are very friendly and always there to help. The area is good. Great location. I used the gym, and it's also in good condition. If you like Asian food you have to visit Pho Viez Restaurant. It's awesome! Now, the room I was offered (#323) needs some renovation, especially the bathroom. The shower doors are rusty, as well as the door hinges. Also, the carpet had a sticky stain, which means that it had not been cleaned properly. I completely avoided walking on the carpet with socks only. I used my flip flops the whole time. I have stayed at this property before, but this is the first time I feel I should try a different option next time. Other than that, it's a good option for a one-night stop.

My wife and I stayed here, for our anniversary, we went to see the Blake Shelton concert, in town. This place was awesome! Easy check in and out. Check in had fresh cookies sitting there. We went to the room (4th floor). Very clean room; large desk area; stove; dishwasher; full size fridge; the towels were soft and the water pressure was amazing! We went down and hung out in the hot tub and pool area for a little bit. Other things at the hotel we did not use. There is a fenced dog area for your pet to use the bathroom, a putting area, and a grilling area and the gym. No free breakfast, but Bob Evan's and Dunkin Donuts is right out front. There is a bar within walking that, although it looks older, has really good food and good service. (Ice House Inn). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Shifted from Holiday Inn Express next door

I originally had an overnight reservation at the Holiday Inn Express. Due to a hot water issue, I was shifted to this property. We were given a double queen room with kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a full sized refrigerator plenty of cooking/eating supplies. This would be a great place to stay for a lengthy visit. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Instead of having individual toiletries, there are full sized pump stations in the shower. (I didn't care for the shampoo, but the scent was nice.) The pool was big and there was a hot tub which I used. Both very nice. My only complaint is the sound of doors slamming at 5:30am. There are trucking facilities in the area and a number of truck drivers were staying at the hotel. They all like to get on the road early. Well, the doors are very heavy and slam easily so although we didn't hear any noise in the night, we were woken by a number of doors slamming shut as people left their rooms. If there is a way to keep the non-truck driving guests in one section of the hotel, that might help those who want to sleep in.
