Stay away. Hair on the walls in the shower. Very uncomfortable bed. The dip in the bed where people sit was very visible. I'm a truck driver and used to some bad places, but this place needs a major overhaul.

Im seeing so many negative reviews but really what are you gonna expect out of a hotel that is, 1) in the lower income area of st cloud, and 2) less than 100 bucks a night for most rooms. Very clean room, unfortunately the pool isnt being used but really, what small hotel/motel has had an open pool since covid? Its called “AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN AND SUITES” you dont come here for luxury, you come because its very reasonably priced. So many people writing reviews with cocks up their rectums. Overall a very nice stay for the money i paid. Would stay again and i have and will continue to reccomend

Started as soon as I enter, I'm harassed by the head lady at the desk. I get reprimanded, that she will rent to me only this last time. She stated that I left the room trashed smoked , had to much traffic,.I stated shr checked me out and got my 60$ back. Very veryrude, 😳 in front of freind there to help carry bags. then minutes later knocking on door heavily, stated my freind had to move vehicle at once. This set forth a bad attitude about everything, I believe she costs a lot of return visiters

After telling not just me but a handful of customers that it wasn’t his issue that his server was down, he couldn’t find anyones PAID IN FULL reservations. He then finds my reservation, CANCELS IT, then tells me it wasn’t him who canceled it. Then refused to accommodate us and HUNG UP ON US!! I have never been so disrespected by the owner of a company. I expect that behavior from the “ lady “ he has running the place as a manager, but as the owner you’re suppose to take responsibility, not money hungry.

The mattress was bigger than the box spring so it was extremely off balance. Not enough towels in room. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap in room. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Cockroaches in bathroom. Small TV that didn't work. The general manager was so rude and unprofessional it ruined the whole stay. Housekeepers sitting behind the front desk with the general manager making fun of guests and being rude right to their faces. Whole place smelled like cigarettes, alcohol and vomit. Pool was closed. No breakfast. No coffee. Ice machine was broken and so was the guest washer. Parking lot definitely needs work. Lots of sketchy people staying there. All they care about is taking your money, and not caring about you or making sure your stay is a good one. Overall a very unpleasant experience and horrible customer service.
