Everything was great, then we went up to our room to discover a HORRID smell of urine. We stepped back into the hallway and we’re still able to smell it. After discussing if it would be tolerable we decided to head back down and see if we could get another room or find a solution. When we got back down to the front desk the lady was no where to be found. I called the number and still nothing. After FIFTEEN minutes I started knocking and yelling to see if anyone was in the back office that could help me, finally my boyfriend walked around the whole building and found her smoking out back. When I asked to be placed in a new room she said no and offered to give me an air freshener.. which would not have solved this issue. It felt unsanitary to even step foot in the room. We eventually decided we weren’t going to stay there, I gave the room keys back and asked to be refunded since we had decided not to stay. She said she wasn’t able to do that without her manager (who wasn’t there). So we left and I since then have called 3 separate times trying to talk to a manager. I have been told 3 different names of managers and been told I’ll be called and I’ve heard nothing back. And to top it all off now they can’t find my reservation? The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

We felt the price of the room was to high when we had AAA and Windom card. Lady at front desk said there would be no breakfast available the next morning. TV remote didn't work, lady at front desk brought a different one then had to go back and sinc remote to get it to work.

We were repeated lied to regarding the opening of the pool. It never opened. Plus at check-in they failed to inform us that they would not be cleaning our room during our two night stay. Honesty on both issues would have been appreciated.

Water leaking over us in the entry way, no tp, or fresh towels, room was freezing cold, no discount for the discontinued breakfast or lack of amenities, forced on the 2nd floor when i have a reconstructed ankle, knee, and hip. Told they were full, but only 5 vehicles in the lot. No kleenek. The chair was extremely discolored and sweat / grease stained.

There is a charge for early checkin per hour. I had dirty washcloths from previous guest fall into shower as I closed the curtain. Front desk staff was very rude. Breakfast was cold and mostly empty at 8:30 am.
