Horrible experience. I stayed in another hotel on this chain. The stay was a gong show. Someone’s car window beside us got broken out, there was partying all night the front desk would do nothing about, then at 5:00am the same people who had been rude all night pulled the fire alarm and we had to stand outside. I was not impressed but polite when I complained. Now I am banned from staying in the entire chain around the world. They did not inform me of this. Now 6 years later I try to check in and they make me stand at the desk for 30 minutes while they discuss it. When I found out why, I left. I booked the room using my same hotel name, email etc. VERY POOR service. DO NOT STAY. I am glad we didn’t stay. The hotel was looking run down, the front desk clerk kid was behind the counter interrupting the entire time and some guy was looking for a plunger. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

We were not allowed to use the breakfast area to work on items for our event due to COVID restrictions. Yet the hotel didn't have any of the other customary COVID issues. IF this would have been stated on the website, we would have chosen another location.

The hotel was close to all the amenities were were interested in and we enjoyed our stay here. We only saw two hotel staff but they were both nice so I can't comment on that. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. No complaints.

Very comfortable....inviting....helpful...friendly staff...accomodating...good value....great location. This was a family trip and everyone who was a guest was pleased with the experience. I will return when I'm in the Minot area.

Rude management and bad charges

I was originally quoted $94 per night for a 2 night stay and also received an email confirmation with this price but then noticed a charge for $308.30 on my card after checking in. When I called the desk to ask about it I was transferred to the manager who said I was actually charged $94 for one night and $185 for the second night and when I gave her the confirmation I got with the original rate she was very rude and tried to argue and got huffy before finally agreeing to adjust it and process a refund within 10 days. Upon checkout I was given a receipt under the door still with the incorrect rate and am waiting to see if I do end up receiving the refund.
