Place was ok clean wise. Pool was a little dirty. Staff was rude and ambiance was not really kid friendly.For us it was a bad experience. I would and will not go back. Other people have said they had a bad experience also and some say otherwise.

Really gone downhill

This place has really gone downhill since we were there a few years ago. The kids that were at the front desk (yes I mean kids ) were not helpful at all. We requested decaffeinated coffee for our room and we were told they didn't have any. We asked for towels for the pool and we were told we had to go to the laundry and there was a 1.75 charge (really???) While we were at the pool a large rat like rodent ran across the fence next to our table . There was a pile of dirty bedding sitting outside our room on the bench when we checked in and when we asked to have it removed it was not and was still there the next day when when checked out. We realized that we had left something in the room and went back to get the key card it did not work went back to the desk and the "kids" suggested that it must have been a cell phone deactivated it. When in fact my phone was in the car. Definitely not returning!!!!

Nice Hotel, Good Value

This place was great for the price. Rooms were large & clean, however when I asked for extra towels they told us it cost $10. I've never in my life heard of having to pay for extra towels! Complimentary breakfast in the morning was pretty good as long as you weren't looking for any healthy options. All of the cereals were super sugary, and you could basically make a dessert out of your waffle with all the toppings they offered.

Nice Villa like Hotel

The hotel it's located in a quiet zone, not so close to the Highway, enough to make you feel like you are in a villa. The room has everything, microwaves, small fridge, event kitchenette with plates and cutlery :O Nice pool zone, decent complementary breakfast, the internet wasn't that good but it's free so no real complaints. It has a good cost/benefit ratio

Large, clean and a great value

This was a family trip to spend some time with relatives in the area. The room was large, had a small kitchen that could be used for heating up meals (there were a few dishes, pans and utensils included). Bathroom was huge (I was told this was built for an NFL team to stay at while training so the bathtubs are enormous). There is a decent pool with a hot tub next to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
