Loud parties, no help, no use staff shabby room

Rude Staff, dirty hotel, shabby worn down room, no noise policy Stayed for 2 nights. Room: blood on the curtains, Capet shredding, moldy fridge water damaged walls. Bed had springs sticking out in the center and on the right hand side. Plus side they had lots of firm pillows. Night one was uneventful we checked in late and where out early. Day 2 was different. We returned to the hotel roughly at 4:00 pm we where watching tv and heard this loud buzzing base music. I looked out the window to see if it was a car blaring music but didn’t see anything. It stopped so I didn’t think about it further. About 8:30 pm music started loud enough to rattle belongs on our desk coming from room 307 next to us. We called front desk they came up spoke to them and about 2 min later they all started laughing and put the music right back on. We called again they said they would call the room they did and the same situation repeated. Laughing and the music went back on. We called a third time and asked to be moved rooms they said no we are full. If they where full we where not the o Lu people who heard that. At this point we packed our room up but where unable to drive home safely as we had already taken medication. I went downstairs and a person from the rave in room 307 followed me but took the stairs instead of the elevator. I said something needs to be done we need to have the room changed or checkout and be refunded or we have to call the police but this can’t be acceptable. I received no apologies from front desk they told me that they had to listen to both sides and room 306 said they are not partying. I’m not sure why I would want to get out of bed get dressed and ask to move rooms for fun as if I made it up. They said they will call again and it will stop I said you have done that 3 times and nothing changed why would this time be different ? I came back upstairs the music was off but they where shouting banging and being very loud and then people started coming into there room at least 3 times more and more people arriving for the party apparently. My husband went downstairs this time and told front desk again where not even given an apology or any type of solution and once again told they said they are not partying. My husband called the police in the end. I’m unsure of what happened next but for the next time p min there where loud bangs and the door to their room was opening and closing as 8 people left the room. So if you want to come and have a party they don’t have a noose policy they aren’t going to call the police on you so you may as well just do what you want.

Great hotel! Convenient location, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Major thank you to Lucky who allowed us to be flexible with our booking when we had to leave early. Really came through when Expedia couldn’t

not very good...we have been coming here for quite a few years, but we noticed over time...not clean, no amenities in room, towels, 2 towels for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Hair, and I mean a lot of hair in bed, pubic hairs, We cleaned the bathroom counter top...and it was dirty, and I mean dirty...the coffee area, had food, and the tray was not cleaned with the coffee machine. The food in the cafeteria, was cold...and not enough. I think we are done...we will move on to another.

the hotel was someplace to stay for travel, it was clean and had no issues. I only spent one night here and was a mix of business and pleasure. It is located in a very busy business part of Brampton so expect that.

I was not impressed with this hotel for multiple reasons. Location… it’s on the far end of Mississauga, it’s basically located in Brampton. There’s nothing nearby so not a convenient location for nearby shops . The breakfast needs more selection. The staff is also unprofessional by allowing their young children to come to work with them - running around lobby and back offices. Staff also entered my room despite the do not disturb sign on door. Also this hotel will charge you for unauthorized fees and staff put fake notes to support fees because they weren’t doing their job. As a business owner myself and a host of many home rental I find it difficult and rarely write a negative review because I believe people try but sometimes it is well warranted as in this case. They didn’t even try to make good on everything wrong here. They really need to listen and do better with customer service and not argue with guests while they have their kids running circles around them.
