Hotel confortável, com piscina térmica. Cuidado para não tentarem enrolar você com um apartamento ruim e barulhento. Este hotel fica próximo ao linha férrea e é um pouco barulhento. Café da manhã bom.
Fraudulent Misrepresentation - Description WAY off. AVOID!
Nothing short of fraud: Do NOT believe the description. Air conditioning? Well a machine made noise and blew air, but my room never got cool Cable TV? Simply false. The plaque under the TV reads “Our hotel doesn’t offer traditional cable TV. Our “Smart” TV allows you to stream your favorite online content.” Thus, no live sports, no local news, and nothing at all if you don't subscribe to a service. See photo Breakfast? Nope. "Due to Covid" I was told, yet so many other hotels are providing. They need to remove the "Breakfast Included" banner Fitness Center? Ha! No facilities open or closed! Even the manager told me they haven't had a fitness center for "some time" Clean? Not so much. I could barely see out of the window. See photo
Not Terrible...
I read other reviews after staying. I should have read them before. It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in. I will agree with other reviews that "you get what you pay for." It should have raised a flag that many other hotels were sold out that night and Campus Inn had rooms. Not everything is their fault, but I won't stay there again. Check in is the weirdest experience I've had. The hotel is locked up (at least it was at 8:30 pm when I showed up.) You call the front desk, and the clerk signs you in and brings a key out to you. When I asked how you check out, I was told just leave the key. No receipt offered. Not a big deal, but was charged a dollar more than the booking.com quote. I only checked because of other negative Tripadvisor reviews. Biggest negative was that train whistle blew one block away five times that night. Sounded like Safeco Field when the trains still ran there. Not the best night's sleep. Ads say these rooms have been upgraded. I'd hate to see them prior to upgrade. My room was clean. Shower worked. There are decent amenities to take a shower. Towels are okay. Just a place to sleep.
Friendly Staff but Not Clean
The staff was friendly and helpful, however I found used false eyelashes on the bed, hairs and crumbs as well as major stains that would indicate that the sheets and bed linens had not been changed. There was also gum on the carpet. Despite rock bottom prices, I would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere that met minimum cleaning requirements for any hotel/motel. I hope that in the future managment will see to it that rooms are actually cleaned, it would have been a perfectly fine motel had that been the case.
Great One Night Stay
Was able to change the room to make it easier to access for moving luggage. Room was clean, shower was hot. Unfortunately, the Inn is close to a rail track and a drive through Maccas, so very noisy. Bonus was the Press Box across the road.
