Poor Quality and Service
Very poor quality and service. Only after long waits would the sink drain. Ever seen the scene in "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles?" Told there was a "kitchenette" in the room. Um . . no. The room's window was missing its weather-stripping, so dust, wind, and noise were abundant each night. When the adjacent room flushed its toilet, the shower temperature in our room became scalding. No night clerk. Our free "breakfast" was left for us in a paper sack with a handwritten, "Sacks is lunch," written thereon. It consisted of dry cereal wafers, bottled apple juice, and not much else. TV would display only one channel. Remote non-functional. I lodged this complaint on the hotel's own customer satisfaction website, and received a perfunctory "We're sorry," but no mention of how can we make this right for you or get you to try us again. I guess this hotel survives on a "It's one and done" basis.

The pool and go tube not available, said it was for COVID reasons, but other hotels had theirs open, nice staff and good location, low quality bathrooms, good beds, small tv, breakfast was ok, but in paper bags due to COVID
Given a room with another guest
Upon check in I was given a room that was already occupied by another guest. The Tv wouldn’t work at all and the hair dryer also didn’t work. The room looks pretty out of date and nothing was very clean. I would pay the extra 12 dollars a night and stay next door. I spent one night and went to the comfort suites instead for my next night. Much nicer.
Comfortable, convenient
Very comfortable and convenient Hotel! Ron at the font desk very friendly and helpful. Short drive to Arches, walk to most Moab restaurants. Was quiet first two nights we stayed but had noisy neighbors 3 rd night.
Good for overnight stay
Check in was fast and easy. Pool is heated and a nice treat after a long day. The room walls are thin and the doors pound shut. You can hear the showers. Also, our shower ran out of hot water around 5:00 pm and not full occupancy. We had 2 shampoos and no conditioner. There are buttons on the backside of the hairdryer to reset it and the light control. There are lots of items in the grab and go breakfast.
