We got 2 rooms for the family for 1 night. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket with local goods right beside the hotel, very convenient to shop for souvenirs. Breakfast was delicious with various dishes from different cuisines. Rooms were spacious, although the "double beds" (as in the hotel's description) were a bit small. The prices were reasonable for the service that we got at this hotel! Will definitely come back!

We have spent 2 nites here, during the Xmas period. The room is spaces, clean. The breakfast buffet is okay. We think the management needs to pay more attention on the cleanliness in general. The internet signal was very poor, we could not connect via wifi, we hope it will be much better next time we visist. Staff in overall are very nice, friendly and helpful.

it was a great hotel. Staff was very nice, the food was great and everything you want to see is less than 2 miles. The prices was the best. I would love to go again in the late spring or summer. Thank you

It’s a good hotel

Only stayed for one night. Very impressed with the service received and the state and cleanliness of the hotel and room. We had dinner at the hotel - a pork dish that we ordered was so fatty that we couldn’t eat it; we rejected it and weren’t still charged for it; voiced our concern and it was removed from the bill. Breakfast was ok - my only complaint is the lukewarm coffee.

The facility, location, services are good. Besides staying, you could choose many function here to relax, dining and MT mart to shopping. The only deduction point which is the attitude from the staff made me unsatisfactory. They need more training and coaching to improve the etiquette with guest. The answer way from staff work in front office is below expectation.
