Fantastic first stay at this hotel, so good we have booked to return early July, great room with large balcony/sunbeds and jacuzzi. Spotless and clean hotel, great breakfast lots of choices. Very helpful staff couldn't do enough to help

Absolutely lovely hotel. Great breakfasts. The whole place was spotlessly clean. We have a room on a high floor with a very large terrace and a jacuzzi bath/hot tub which was well worth the extra £. All staff were super helpful, Lorena, Fefi, Veronica and many more. Could not fault this place and would definitely book again.

Fab stay but ear plugs are a necessity!

Spent a week at the hotel with my husband and we really enjoyed ourselves. We booked the suite on a high floor with large balcony and jacuzzi. The suite was sooo worth the money as the balcony space was massive and sat on the corner of the hotel closest to the sea. We didn't go to the pool once as our outside space was so good, perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beds were comfy, big walk in shower and massive TV. Having the kitchen area and fridge was handy for lunches in and of course wine and beer supplies! Booked on a B&B basis and the breakfast had a good variety and was of a decent standard. The reception area is like something from the 90s and really does need a refresh in decor as this is a guest's first impression. Agree with other reviews on the renovation of the bathroom but this didn't impact our stay too much, just finishing touches and maintenance work required. An important tip is definitely pack some good ear plugs, as the noise from the centre is very loud even with the balcony door shut, and goes on until 3am. I'm a light sleeper and would have struggled all week without ear plugs, relieved I read the reviews before I went. Overall a fab stay with the perfect private space to relax!

So we had a week here and starting with the room it was a good size with everything you need including a good size balcony and hot tub. Although the shower was shabby. Location was up 100 steps and then a short climb from the Main Street. This was ok at first but as the week went on it became tiresome. But compared to some hotels where people needed taxis I guess it was ok. Breakfast was generally good and typically Buffet style and there was Cava! But the evening meal was Alá Carte. And this was the big let down. The food was covered in Oregano and often never resembled or tasted like what it was supposed to be. This meant lots of food being left and no other choices available as the waiters don’t ask “ is everything ok?” They just take it away. Then €4.60 for two bottles of water, I mean isn’t it time in half board you could have even just the first drink free?? Staff here seemed absolutely fine from what we could see. Value for money. Half board No Bed and breakfast would be a Yes.

Fantastic holidays at the Casablanca

We were at the Casablanca in November, which was our second time and we are going back in 3 weeks, and have also booked for new year. We love this complex, the rooms are spacious, the beds really comfortable and the balcony with the hot tub is exceptional. The staff are really friendly and it is very convenient to have the mini market so close. The rooftop bar has fantastic views and the cocktails are delicious and we loved the chilled atmosphere up there. We were bed and breakfast and always found plenty of choice with the buffet so I don’t think anyone would be stuck for something tasty. We love the position of this hotel and enjoy the walk up and down to the commercial centre so we only have good things to say about it.
