Great Hotel and the best most honest staff ever!

From the second I arrived I immediately could tell the staff appreciated you. Yes, it’s Kenya but the hotel was just fine. I felt like I was in the Jungle. Also, it is beach front on the Indian Ocean - so beautiful. When I’m in Mombassa this is where I’ll stay for sure. Big thanks to Nick and Victor and the entire staff for making this a memorable time.

I came alone to the resort, and my experience was amazing. The service and the ppl working there are very service-minded and friendly. The vegetarian food is great, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Don't book through Agoda, this hotel makes you pay twice

Made a booking for 2 nights through Agoda and paid in full. When we got to the hotel they said they had problems with agoda and we had to pay again. Not sure why their problem with Agoda is the client's problem, so we left. NB they still advertise on Agoda, so be careful when you book.

The rooms are spacious, with excellent view of the beach. I would recommend guys friends and family to visit the place. The breast is good, offering a variety from the menu. The room service is prompt and answer to any request.

Had a surprise trip to ziwa last weekend and my stay was just delightful, the staff was so helpful, the view was one of a kind, and I just loved the exotic vibes, it's gorgeous. Definitely recommend a stay there.
