I travel the whole world, this was the worst Hotel experience ever !!!. 43,70€ / night is ridiculous for the value you get. No space in the room, stinky air because all are smoking rooms, stinky bathroom, shower drain stinks like hell, no room service. And at the end you cheated me, I extra made an Premiere Classe account to get 10% discount, not even that I got from you. I had to pay regular price. This room is a max. value of 20€ / night, not more. Even Camping is nicer and spacier.

Cheap and cheerful. Ideal for a quick stop. Great for ferry at Ouistreham. Rooms clean with large beds. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Book online if you can, it saves quite a bit although standard prices are still very low.

Great stop-over with benefit of high quality restaurants alongside

Well positioned for a stop over but the real attraction is the quality and variation of restaurants available alongside (must be at least 10) and K.F.C and Mcdonalds all along this service road so quiet too!

Overpriced budget hotel, missing the basics.

Just returned from 4 nights here. No kettle, (coffee from machine when reception open (ie not between 9pm & 6am, or some hours during day)). No Security over night, so lose your key, have any problems, tough. Have stayed in others in this group and they were much better. Including the phrase 'First Class' in a hotel name implies it might be better than others in the group. That would be wrong here. Marketing slogan was 'Essentials for a Good Night'. Apparently hot drinks aren't included. Receptionist took it upon herself that I was part of a group, so harangued me for some misdemeanour, no clue what. Don't stop her leaving the place at 9pm, or you'll get called all sorts. Lots of the TV channels didn't work, just blank screen. No UK channels, not even Sky News or BBC News24, which has been on offer in other budget hotels. This was a 'Budget' hotel charging premium rates because of D-Day. Rack Rate was 150 Euros on the wednesday, but 75 by the Sunday. Both would be overpriced.

Not easy to find.

We came off the afternoon ferry from Portsmouth, and so it was dark by the time we approached the hotel. Not easy to find it, even using a satnav, so we had a couple of tours of the shopping area and nearby complex road system before we finally tracked it down.
