Hotel honesto. Camas razoaveis, quarto medio e sem muitos detalhes. O banheiro é bem pequeno. O hotel é bem localizado para quem deseja ficar proximo a San Marino ou Pasadena. O preço estava ok para vespera de Natal. Hotel possui espacos para cafe da manha, mas os precos estavam um pouco salgado.

My room had a great view of the mountains, but I couldn't walk on the balcony. The location is convenient to LA without having LA prices. My room smelled like body odor (I was wondering if they let someone homeless stay there) and the shower area hadn't been cleaned well, and I found long hair on the sheets. One of my pillows didn't have a pillow case. The front desk person said they were only willing to clean my room once despite my 4 night stay so I had to schedule that request. Although the pool is nice and has a deep end, the hot tubs weren't clean and there is a creepy maintenance guy who watches the girls swimming through the window from the exercise room.

We stayed here for five nights. The staff was very nice and the front desk attendants were very helpful. However, due to covid protocols they said they would not be cleaning our rooms everyday, and only on the third day. They were not cleaned during our stay despite this. They did provide new towels upon request. The hallway had a weird dank smell and often the lobby smelled like pot. Our bathroom fan was not working well, there were various other little problems with the room. It just needed more attention to cleanliness. I felt like they were very understaffed in the cleaning area. If the staff wasn't so nice I would give this maybe a 2/5. It is okay for sleeping in and the pool and hot tub were a good bonus. But they need to hire more housekeeping staff to keep up.

We came down for a funeral and needed a hotel. Courtyard was ideal for us. Loved the free parking here. Walking distance to get a meal. Easy on/off freeway. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again if in area.

I checked in a moment ago, and I’m sad about it. I’ll be here for 4 nights, and this was my first time booking through a 3rd party so I’m stuck! When I arrived on the 6th floor, the first room was smelly and clearly wasn’t as clean. After driving over an hour to get here, the last thing you want to do is go back to the front desk and ask for a room change. The hotel needs a serious update and all those reviews saying this is a great place has led me astray. These reviews made it appear that this was a great place to be and comfortable, not so.
When I arrived there were loud teenagers in the lobby and all were not wearing masks and not a word was said. Next, after I went and switched my room, the TV screen had welcome Abbey, and I’m not her. I then called the front desk to make sure my credit card was switched from the previous room to the new room so I wouldn’t be charged.
Then, I went to get ice and there was no bag for the ice. During COVID you expect people to use an old ice bucket that I’m sure is probably as clean/sanitized as the room? Shouldn’t there be protocols in place to ensure the safety and extra cleaning measures? So, I had to go back to the front desk and ask if it was customary for there not to be a bag, it was confirmed that there should have been one but they were out. Finally, I had to go to an odd floor to get the ice, and it was outside of a fire exit. Seriously? This place feels like a motel and does nothing live up to the Marriott standard I’m accustomed to. I asked about upgrades and learned nothing had been done to improve the location since 9 years ago.
I also learned that since I booked with a third-party I can’t get my Bonvoy points, I had no idea or I would have booked it directly. I travel enough to know that complaining to the front desk, usually doesn’t make it better because they don’t have the authority to do anything about it. Why would I have to make 3 trips to the front desk and still not be satisfied? If you’re still reading, do yourself a favor and skip this location.
I should have stayed with Hilton, which is not far from here. I’m incredibly disappointed, and will try to get some rest on this uncomfortable bed. I absolutely would not recommend this location unless you have a double coupon.
