This property exceeded my expectations. It is very convenient, being 2 blocks from the train station (if you exit the back way), there is a good boulangerie and even better charcuterie another block on, if you want to skip the restaurant scene. The old town is close by, being another few blocks beyond the from side of the train station. My room was furnished very nicely, with a large bed, comforter, lots of pillows, and nice artwork. Really a great room - I would be comfortable staying there for an extended period of time. The full bath was very nice with strong water pressure in the full length shower and a working heated towel rack. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was a decent continental. Best of all the property had a beautiful garden out back where one can sit outside, contemplate the greenery, and access the wifi. Owner Michel is friendly and helpful.

... the sheets. They felt dirty and even greasy. Just had to try to not think about them because they felt so awful. Michel was delightful and helpful. Great location in the old part of Montpellier. Decent breakfast.

Great B&B with a very nice host

The B&B is a very short walk from the train station. From upstairs, you need to exit at the back of the train station. There is a small balcony with an elevator, the street you see from the balcony is the street you need to walk down. The B&B is very well presented and the host, Michel is extremely friendly & helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious, beds were very good. Bathroom also very clean and a reasonable size with good water flow. Breakfast was in the kitchen at a large table, here you get to meet other guests. Breakfast was good and was served by Michel. There kitchen & facilities can also be used by guests, which was great if you wanted tea or coffee or to eat in. All attractions were very easy to get to from here, Michel provides you with a reasonable map (many B&B's did not provide maps) and highlights main attractions. Overall a very good stay with a great host. Would definitely go back to this B&B.

We only stayed one night but It was perfect. 2 mins walk to the station the B&B is a beautiful building with lovely gardens. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Wish we stayed longer!

I stayed for five nights during a work trip. The room was beautiful and clean and the owner was very kind and friendly and helped me with any information I needed. He booked me a reservation at a nice restaurant nearby, called Le Ban des Gourmands and also booked a taxi for when I had to leave.
