Booked a room with a kitchenette, they gave a room without a kitchenette and without smart TV (for kids entertainment). Said talk to Agoda where you booked your ticket from. Room/washroom clean enough. Sheets/Blanket clean. Complementary coffee bad. Hangers from closet missing. Very expensive for their offering.

The worst experience ever. it was not a hotel. it was a prostitution house. We could not sleep at all and left the hotel in the morning, although we booked for two nights but there was no way to stay one more night . In room above us in the second floor every 10 to 15 minutes new guy was coming to have sex with a prostitute. They were making so much noise and I was so embarrassed in front of my family. I went to the front desk two times at 1:am and 2:am and complained. Finally the security guard came with a huge dog and kicked them out at 5:am. In the morning I explained everything to the hotel manager and I told her we are not going to stay anymore. She said we will give you a full refund but they did not. I am asking you to remove their hotel from the your website to prevent more damage to your website.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I paid for a hotel room that was no longer available when I arrived at the hotel. Despite this, they do NOT want to reimburse me for the service I never received. If you do not want to be scammed, please go somewhere else.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs . Terrible customer service and staff + hidden fees. Although my credit card was charged despite my cancellation they just reply with its our receptionists fault I hope it helps

The location is almost 30 min away from downtown via highway. Things are contemporary but it is not clean. In the bathroom you can see hair all over the wall. It almost looks like housekeeping is using the same cloth cleaning the floor, sink, bathtub on the same wall. At night you can clearly hear 2nd floor walking. It is very loud and noisy. The room size is reasonable and I reserved 2 double beds. It was enough for 3 people or 4. Enough space to open luggage but there was no closet that you can hang clothes. The hotel has restaurant on site and it felt more like a take out. Restaurants around the area closes very early around 10 pm and the parking lot is very busy and stalls are narrow. It did serves my purposes to just be 1 night in town.
