Very poor service and we haven’t even stayed there

My wife (who is a native speaker) called yesterday evening to make a reservation for our 15 anniversary. Marta answered the phone, asked a minimum of 7 times what our days were, I asked for a particular room and she put me on hold again and again and again...we were on hold (hearing voices and movement in the background) over 30 minutes...after she hung up and I called back. After finally confirming availability for days, price and room we requested, we gave her our credit card number. She said she would send confirmation via WhatsApp. We have yet to receive confirmation. I called tonight and have been on hold over 24 minutes (again hearing voices and movement in background). If this is the service they offer when making a reservation, we shudder to think what service we will receive once we arrive. It has now been 28 minutes and no one has come to the phone. We can’t even ask for the manager. Ulysses finally came to the phone...doesn’t know who I was talking to “a reservation came in and they were very busy”...while I’ve been sitting waiting
We are trying to cancel any reservation we may have, want to make sure we are not charged but now Ulysses is gone and we are still waiting (34 minutes and counting) Dameris (Manager)

VERY BAD SERVICE
DO NOT GO...is it just that they have very bad service or DO THEY NOT WANT AMERICANS.

The hotel itself it´s nice, not to mention they have a beautiful garden. The street where the hotel is located it´s not paved, but it´s manageable.
During our stay of one week ( saturday to friday) we changed rooms four times because the water heater didn´t work properly, water was either way too hot or cold, it´s a really good point this is a eco hotel, but they should have a plan B for this type of situations. The resume: we had a pleasant bath only one day. The staff did´t even offer a honest explanation of the failure, but only the maintenance guy who apologized for the inconvenience and sincere explanation. We weren´t offered a complement to compensate the situation.
The food is very standard food, you can get higher quality food outside the hotel. The staff plays multitasking roles, which decreases the customer service overall.

The sensation and the ambience of the Hotel is simply amazing! The gardens, the personel, the decoration, bed linen, architecture...a true experience in total relaxation.
The Spa is also quite good! With Natural oils and great profesionals!

The experience staying in this Hotel was EXCELLENT. A very warm atmosphere and warm service from the personnel that will make you fell like really staying at your own home. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the country, where you can really enjoy and relax yourself, a difficult task when staying in Morelia center hotels. The room was clean and it felt like staying at my own home. I then took a massage so relaxing, I felt asleep for couple of hours. The breakfast was excellent too with very healthy food, just as the concept of the hotel is. Taking you to the city center is no problem just calling the bellboy he will fix it.
If you are planning on staying in a quiet and peaceful place with personalized service, I would recommend Casa en el Campo hands down.
